So I’ve searched and searched and I can’t find a single staff that fits the light TA exotic armor set dyed in black.
Any ideas appreciated,

Deathwish is a pretty typical necro-staff (skulls and stuff). About 9-10g on the trading post, it fits the necro style 100 times better than the legendary.

Pirate staff for 9.3k karma from the karma vendor after the jump dungeon in lions arc is pretty nice too. It’s a steering wheel on top of the staff with skulls on each side. I personally like it.

The tribal staff would eb another option. It has a wierdo-face + hair on top and looks pretty necro/freakish.

I play charr, so the TA set looks horrible on my toon, i don’t know how it’s for you. I love the arah-dungeon set on my charr tho.

Best one is Final Rest.

I also play a Charr and think the TA set looks weirdly good on my charr:P I’m using the T3 head though, otherwise he looks like a disney villain

Pact Staff once it is properly implemented. I think it’s supposed to be a reward from completing the personal story, but the vendor has been bugged since launch. It’s the one I’ll be getting for sure as I think it looks better than Deathwish.

I like the modniir quarterstaff, bought for karma in the Harathi Interland from the lv 43 quest guy but I don’t know if it looks good with TA armor.
In gw2db you can’t see the “flameish” effect on the tip of it.

That reminds me of the things that lay eggs in people’s stomachs from alien.

I’m rolling with AC one for now. Nighttime skin with the glow fits quite nicely with the death theme. I am waiting for Pact Staff to be properly implemented, though, and it is something I’m definitely ending up with.

It is an Orrian Staff or Encrusted staff (both have same appearance)

Best 3 are…

1. Final Rest – The Gargolye looks like a Scythe, if the scythe animation still looks good with this is def top. You get this from a LARGE CHEST though it’s not confirmed which one, but it was confirmed by a dev, apparently you can’t forge/craft it either.

2. Pact Staff – From the storymode though it’s not yet available.

3. Deathwish – 2 or 3 skulls on the staff not sure, looks good and matches Arah set, you get this by putting 4 rares or exotics in the forge just like the precursor, of course this has a higher chance to drop and is usually around 9g, price is increasing though.

Other staves to mention are Nightmare Staff, Orrian Staff, Pirate, maybe Corrupted but that one’s blue so.

Bifrost if you like teddy bears and rainbows or you just want to troll.

Deathwish has 4 skulls and sadly, unless you are a charr and like orange to pale brown, looks pretty kitten with most animations and armors, even the Charr Tribal looks better.

The generic staff model on gw2db is shown for several of the named exotics, including Deathwish. I think a better source of images would be Guildhead.com. It also has a better 3d image viewer.
