You are right, there are no racial traits. What I think he means is your gaming experience changes once you unlock higher level traits.
HoT = Grind Wars 2
HoT = WvW players forced to PVE
HoT = WvW players forced to PVE

ahh whoops race thing. forum cutted that part. just thought you were unhappy with necro.. well in that case yeah.. you can do other one fast and with first ones materials maybe even craft good gear to boost leveling

I’ve rerolled characters for aesthetic reasons more minor than race choice before, so yeah. It happens usually more when they’re lower level as less commitment!
