Q:
Necromancer dungeon build
I’ve been running in all Rampagers gear while socketing for toughness/condition using a condition/wells build and it’s worked out quite well so far.
Condition Wells
As far as i know, stacking vit/toughness for dungeons is definitely a best bet. Most glass cannon builds are being easily one shot right now with the current ridiculous dungeon difficulty, even being able to take two or three hits helps a lot more in the long run for your team, and your wallet.
Toughness > Precision > Condition Damage = Power, mainly you just want Toughness then decide from there what you want for secondary/tertiary stats. Precision over condition is mostly my opinion, I like the crits for proccing weakness and it helps dps a little more overall (particularly on staff and dagger) in my experience.
Regarding Vitality, you have the 2nd highest HP in the game, you don’t really need more HP.
I go with condition/supportive build with staff/S+D and switch my skills accordingly to the oncoming challenge.
Necro’s are quite good kiters and pullers, and we are very usefull especially in fights where you have to place the boss in specific place like keeping Vassar away from Ralena in AC or pulling Brangoire to the middle of the room in TA. You can do all of this with Spectral Grasp.
Other than that i often rotate between Signet of Spite+Epidemic+Well Of Suffering; For boss fights I switch to Well Of Darkness + WoS+Well Of Power, or for example Spectral Grasp as mentioned above. Signet of Undeath can also be a tide breaker on particulary difficult fights.
I usually take consume conditions for healing purposes and ALWAYS Plague elite, as the AOE condition (blind!) spam is extremely usefull when facing multiple mobs.
I am also a designated resurrector with trait spawning well of blood on successfull ressurection.
Alright, so the best deal is to stack up the toughness on the armor and try to find a good combination with condition damage and precision?
Epidemic and Plague are ‘must be’ for large group of mobs (like AC explorer where you keep that idiot Hodgins alive) and to combine it with Well of Suffering and Signet of Sprite?
Correct me if I’m wrong at something. and thank you guys so much for help !
So is there any viable build that uses the axe/whatever, and staff? I really like using Wells in dungeons, but I’m having a rough time finding a good build for it to use the axe. I’m level 61 currently, so something that could be used for leveling would be nice, too. Also, at level 80, is conditionmancer pretty much king, or are Wells still viable?

We actually have the highest base hp in the game.
The link for the condition/wells build above won’t work. Have another link, or can you explain it here?

Wells are good but the issue with them is their short duration combined with long cooldowns. Due to this, I would suggest against focusing your build around them at max level.
