I decided to roll a Necromancer after playing a Ranger to 80. I got bored of him; relying on my pet to deal the majority of damage is not my style.

I am only level 18 at the moment, but I like to plan in advance. This is a build that I came up with:

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I should add that this build is for WvWvW as well as PvE.

1) Why WoB? I’d usually choose Consume Conditions, unless you plan on primarily being a support role.
2) Unless your gear supplies alot of Power, your DS hits will be pretty weak.

Stealth nerfs are the perfect fertilizer for mistrust.

1) I will most likely change them around every now and then depending on the situation. Plus, without WoB I would not be making use of my traits. Ritual of Protection will provide 3 seconds of protection and Ritual Mastery will make wells recharge 20% faster.
2) I am not worried about Death Shroud. The build is for condition damage. My gear will be Condition/Precision/Toughness.

Then it looks pretty good to me (although I can only speak for PVE). I use Cond/Prec/Tough gear too, and use all Emerald Orbs (Prec/Tough/Power) except for 2xRunes of Lyssa for Cond Duration. My crit chance is about 48%.

except for 2xRunes of Lyssa for Cond Duration.

I was tempted to do something similar to that. However, when researching condition duration vs condition damage, a lot of people were pointing out that condition damage is a better option. This is because in dungeons, people will often use bleeds themselves which will replace your ones and so it is better to fully damage them in a short amount of time versus a long amount of time as it may not fully tick. The same goes for WvWvW where people will cleanse, and so having a longer duration will just make your damage less.
