Guild Wars 2

Okay so im trying to do this power build and ive been testing alot and im having trouble figuring out which route is better. Can someone help me through the damage process with armor and stuff? like if im attacking someone with 2,500 armor with these stats how much will i do

Route #1
(Fighter runes)
2,422 Power- 3,436 attack
1860 toughness- 2,780 armor

Route #2
(ogre runes)
2,422 power- 2,436 attack + 4% damage
1810 toughness- 2000 armor

Where does the 4% damage come in to play? what about the 5% frmo sigil of force? and where is crit in this? any one know the formula to find out damage?? help plsss
