PVE Dungeon Build Help
I don’t have much experience in hybrid build so I maybe wrong. But from armor and trait, it seems like you’re running a more condition centric build? If so, you may want to put 30 in curse to get lingering curse for 33% more duration.
And epidemic. Actually it does not require duration. It spreads the conditions without altering the duration. But it will boost the damage to your condition dmg level. The conditions on main target do not have to be applied by you. So no matter it’s 25stack of 70dmg bleeds from a warrior or mesmer, you just hit epidemic on it. And boom, 5 other mobs get 25stack of 120+ bleeds.
Dungeons take a bit of practice and teamwork. You will get more benefit from those two things than from changing your setup.
Your equipment is all Rabid. That means you will have high condition damage and toughness. Use pizza to extend condition duration and Epidemic to multiply stacks on grouped mobs. As a word of caution, your high toughness and good vitality will make you a preferred target so toning down the defensive stats will make you look less like a tank.
You might consider putting 30 into precision to help you crit more often and add bleed duration to your scepter.
The trait build you have and your equipment are not “bad” by any means. It can run wells and staff. Minions are also benefitted by the point allocation if you find a situation where they perform better than your basic setup.
I guess what I am trying to say is that your setup may be a little too tanky and you may benefit from tweaking it toward damage but practice in the dungeon and your team’s expertise make a larger difference.

Nemesis is among the most informative Necromancer players on the planet. You do what he says, and follow his advice, you’ll be a powerhouse in any & every aspect of the game.
0/30/20/20/0 is also popular for condition builds. Blood is Power and Epidemic are the mainstay utilities – do give them both another try. As well as Nemesis’ excellent guides, see also Lopez’ here . As Anchoku says, the high toughness that comes with Rabid will draw you a lot of aggro. If you’re doing a lot of gw2lfg drops, with random party makeup, do consider easing off on the Toughness a bit so that you can swap Signet of the Locust for something more situationally useful. (If you play in a regular group you may have enough melee in your party to keep the aggro off you with full rabid.)
