I agree 100% revert the nerf or make it baseline with 33% instead of 50 and make 3 new traits because the other 2 are complete garbage and plus you nerf the spectral one also……..
this nerfed BOTH our lacking PvE DPS
AND our Lacking sustain againts player tunneling…
GZ for nerfing BOTH stuff that necros have issues with…
just GZ……… necros will be Tunneled even harder now and will be easier to tunnel down….

i Wish they would rework one of the 3 traits into this :
while your Shroud is active you gain Protection every 2 sec…… or something…… ANYTHING…..
They didn’t change it because of balance. That may be what they said, but if that were the case it would have been changed long ago. They changed it because Scourge doesn’t have a traditional Shroud and the trait would be half useless with Scourge for that reason. They want specs and traits to play nice together, not for one spec to make another ineffective.
They aren’t ever going to revert the trait. Best we can hope for now is for them to lower the decay baseline on Death / Reaper Shrouds.
And there goes my shroud flashing build.
No more faster shroud CD recharge.
Why would I need faster shroud skills if the shroud CD is not there?
Am I supposed to stay in shroud to utilize the faster shroud skills CD?
But isn’t vital persistence nerfed now so I can’t stay long in shroud?

The speed of shadows need to be reverted too or made baseline along with vital persistence.
The whole synergy is just shot to shreds.

agree the only good part was signet working is shroud …. but traited…….
