Signet of Undeath idea
I’d like to see its’ current passive work in and out of combat. I must admit your passive also sounds interesting though. I like the idea of its’ current active but I feel the area of effect needs to be much larger.
I think your suggestion is even more pointless to have SoU.
So my Signet is only useful when my teammates are on the ground?
And what is the active even do beside doing little damage in little AoE?
Signet of the undead= Gain 1% Life Force per second while in combat (Passive)
Signet of the undead= Summon 5 Jagged Horrors in a target area and deal 259 damage in that area 1 1/2 sec cast time 40 sec recharge.

It’s current passive is fine. The active however could use some work.
The simplest solution is simply to reduce the cast time and allow us to move while casting it. But a more concrete fix would be a rework.
SoU never roots you.
Increase the amount of life force it gives and reduce the cast time to 1.5-2 seconds. That’s all it needs really.

lifeblast cast time and damage reduce – dps unchanged
the backbone of my suggestion keeps the feel of the signet but also replace our surprise burst
active – large powerful spike tool
passive – mastery over death
hope that helps to understand the idea of the suggestion
a reduce cast time and small passive boost would also make this skill worth considering
I prefer lower cooldowns where the active see more use but they wont decrease the cd on rezz skills
