Signet of Vampirism, is this GW1?
With the right scaling in for different situations SoV could be really cool and fill in some specific situational gaps where Necromancer’s other heals leave openings.
But instead Necromancer gets a really weak self-heal and no idea whether the heal it gives allies is worth a skritt.
Hint: 2k heal to allies that they have to work for isn’t worth it.

Signet of Vampirism is the exact kind of skill arena net promises would never exist in GW2. “Quality, not Quantity.” SoV is in no stretch of the imagination a “Quality” skill. So, Arena net must be going for Quantity.
SoV…don’t even know what to say to this. Simple solution:
Make the siphon on damage instead of on hit; you’re losing condition removal by not using consume conditions anyway
Up the base heal….the signet only helps in pvp against certain builds right now, and in pve i’d argue it isn’t even worth it.
Any other ideas?
Step 1: Remove ICD’s on both passive and active.
Step 2: See how it goes and reassess at some point in the future.
Active self-healing is still capped by stack limit, but would allow some builds to capitalize on it more than others.
Necromancer has only one signet-improvement trait to convince players they can be just as effective in a signet build as other, optimized builds.
