Unholy Fervor: Reduces recharge of axe skills by 20% and deal 10% more damage to vulnerable foes.
It doesn’t stands while wielding an axe. Is this works like an ‘old’ Axe Training (wells and DS affected) or only axe skills on vulnerable foes or you don’t have to even have axe active/equiped to benefit 10% dmg increase from this trait?

Lingering Curse: Gain 150 condition damage while wielding a scepter. The base duration of all scepter conditions is increased by 100%.
Does it increases basic condition duration of scepter conditions and you can furthermore increase it by 100% with runes/barbed precision/consumables to total of 200% (it seems that it is additive now not multiplicative), right? Does 150 condi dmg works in DS/wells with this trait like ‘old’ Axe Training?

Mark of Evasion: Cast Mark of Blood when you dodge roll. (8s ICD)
Doesn’t work out of combat. It has to. No clarification needed. Just pointing out.

Corrupter’s Fervor: Whenever you apply a condition to a foe gain a stack of Corrupter’s Fervor for 8 seconds which grants 30 toughness and 2% reduced incoming condition damage per stack (maximum 10 stacks).
Any condition counts or only unique ones? What about condition transfers or epidemic or boon conversion?

Vampiric Presense: You and allies near you siphon health with attacks (combat only). This effect stacks with the siphoning granted by Vampiric.
Does that works for downed allies as well or it will be fixed after 2,5 years.

Spectral Walk: This skill can no longer be activated while in mid-air.
What about Spectral Retreat?

Parasitic Contagion: You are healed for 10% of your outgoing condition damage.
Outgoing condition damage stands for not afflicted by vulnerability?

EDIT: Many Edit, many gramma mistakez.

It must not work out of combat.

Unholy fervor — should apply o everything, not just axe

Lingering curse — you should be able to add condition duration on top of this to get, in effect 4x duration. The 150 condition damage should apply to all condition ticks while you have a scepter

No idea on the others.

Lingering Curse: This raises the base duration of the condition on scepter skills. After this increases you can throw up to 100% duration on top.

For example Blood Curse:
base → 5sec bleed
with LC → 10sec bleed
with LC + 100% bleed duration → 20sec bleed

Unholy Fervor:

Flat 10% boost to vulnerable targets, don’t even need an axe in your build.

Lingering Curse:

Yes to both.

Mark of Evasion:

It really shouldn’t work out of combat.

Corrupter’s Fervor:

Anything that counts as you applying a condition, which includes transfers/epidemic, but won’t give you multiple effects per individual stack of the same condition in the same application (so applying 2 bleeds is still just one condition).

Vampiric Presense:

Should work on allies.

Spectral Walk:

Probably still allows you to teleport back for say jumping puzzles, they just didn’t want to allow you to break out of maps.

Parasitic Contagion:

Whatever the sum total of your condition damage is, take 10% of that and that’s what you heal for. Vulnerability will affect this.
