Runes have been needing a revamp for a while, currently they are just… most of them are not worth taking because of Internal cool downs.

PvE versions of the runes are fine, I used to use them a lot. I didn’t notice a problem with them whenever I went into sPvP, either. Something you have to remember is that they don’t activate when you fall below 10%, they activate when you take a hit when already below 10%. So if you are at 15% and get crit for a lot and instantly go down the runes won’t trigger. That’s how all %-hp based triggers in the game work, though, so definitely intended.

The % health reactives seem pretty hit or miss across the board. Sometimes they work, some times they dont. I use lots of them too, and just roll with whatever I get.

Hmm… So it looks like the Mist itself is hit or miss (Whether it’ll actually give Invulnerability or not, it seems consistent in it’s removal of skills(
It also appears that it may share Cooldown with the Minor Trait Last Gasp (Which will proc at 50% life and so will nearly always occur less than 60 seconds before going down to 10%) thus making the 6th rune redundant in any build that goes 15 into Spectral trait line…
