changes to conds (no whine)
While I actually agree somewhat with the multiple stats boosting condition damage, the main reason different players conditions aren’t separated into their own stacks is that currently apart from a minimal amount of Condition Duration reduction, the only way to mitigate condition damage is to cleanse them.
Separate stacks of bleeds under the current system would only make the drive-by condition spam problem even greater. Whereas making Armour and Protection mitigate condition damage would basically kill off Vitality as a useful stat and make the Protection boon even more overvalued than it already is.
It’s a nice thought and all, but too much needs to change to make this a viable system.

Well… This is basically how this works:
1. NEVER run condition in PvE… It won’t work out at bosses
2. Condition necro is VERY strong at PvP atm. But we lack the defense, so its not OP IMO
thanks for the suggestions there. vitality for cond reduction isnt a bad idea!
i see what you mean with the cond spamming when everybody had is own stack cap. but to make conditions more valuable in pve it would be necessary. how about personal stacks only for non player characters?
Objects need to take condi dam. (Turrets/Doors/Etc)
Personal stack cap. <- This is the big one! Why oh why! Not fighting to ‘tag’ a mob to get loot and helping others to kill stuff is one of the coolest things in this game, to have to fight to do actually put damage on the target is just sooooooooooo backwards. This is what kills condi’s in PvE, and why they are so hated.
