Neither, use MK for birds on golem charge, they also increase power and condition duration, 10% on all and an extra 15% for bleeds.
Also, fear duration from Necromancer(6) is horrible.

Aslo is there a problem with runes atm i currently use 6 runes of the necromancer and it shows im using 12 where the other 6 are i dont know.
Yes, known issue. Its due to your default PvP armor runes being Runes of the Necromancer. It is a display bug only.
As to which runes to choose, I think it would be helpful to include your current build, armor/jewelry choices, and venue (PVE,PVP,WVW) for your question.

Do the ravens activate on golem charge, or only on golem summon?
They activate on charge, though I think the cooldown on the birds is slightly longer than the golem charge, so you have to wait a few seconds extra to charge to get the birds.
They activate on both.
Charge has a 40sec cooldown and the birds have 45, so you can’t cast charge on every CD and get birds, you must wait a few seconds.
The birds are extremely good if you have at least 5 points in the precision line since the bleed on crit chance from the minor doesn’t have any in-built cooldowns.
That means that every strike of the 16 that each bird summoned does has a chance to proc a 1 second bleed.
The summon area is centered around you and is about 900 AoE, remember that only 5 birds can be summoned on a single charge.
the special part about rolling a MM is that the minions utilities don’t scale with stats, they stay the same w/ damage output per level.
so essentially, you could roll ANY necro (power or cond.. or hybrid) and use full minions and be somewhat minion-y.
or you could put points in blood and death and roll it from there w/ your gear.
for runes if you’re going conditionmancy with scept/dag or scept/focus would be 2 mad king runes, 2 runes of krait, and 2 runes of afflicted. you get some precision and cond damage, and a total of (+15% + 15%)x (10%) = 33% bleed duration. that gives you freedom from the spite line for cond duration, or you can stack spite on top of curses to reeaaaallly push max bleeds.
for a power based minionmaster, death and blood with spite/soul reaping and just work on power, toughness, and healing power. (which is sapphire/clerics btw) and use sources of regen and control to manage your minions and output base damage.
as a hybrid, rampagers/knights with your choice of secondary precision jems or orbs will go a long way. d/d or whatever will make you run fine.
aside from all that, if you want to roll a funny little minionmaster, roll an asuran necro, use a bunch of golems, pick up some golem in a box, and craft yourself a full set of Golemancer runes. just spam golems everywhere on top of your minions.

Oki thanx for all the advice was very helpfull. I can confirm the ravens work on both summoning and charge.
As for my build its mostly minions i do however use some spite etc im not too worried bout the minions dying as i want them to explode creating that poison cloud
The build is just for pve so im not taking it to serious its all about having fun for me. And the mad king runes is just a blast thanx for that tip.
