Guild Wars 2

Hey guys,

Just wondering, are there any good, free recording (things, idk what they are, softwares? programs) that I could use to record my gameplay? I’m not completely set on it yet, but I’ve been getting many solid 1v2-4 gameplays on glass/power ranger and thought it might be cool to share.

I use Shadowplay. Works really well, simple to use and allows you to either be constantly recording and saving or you can have it just quiely running in the background and then capture last new minutes of playing after they have happened (essentually meaning you dont have to record hours of footage of you roaming about, you can just save fights worth saving after they have happened).

You need to have an Nvidi graphics card for it (I think maybe even specific models of GeForce card, but I am not entirely sure).

Razer the makers of the razor naga have a free recorder bundle in their game
booster. One of the problems with recording sometimes is that you can lose some performance. With the booster you will see less performance issue if at all.

Otherwise, try MSI afterburner. Its free and you can tweak the quality of the record etc.

Become a pirate, get yourself a copy of fraps YARR~ (Its what I use and believe is pretty much the best from what I have tried)
