I’m not talking about getting the Legendary version, I’m talking about how do I get the standard exotic version? I’ve been reading and looking through the requirements how to get the Legendary version. There isn’t a guide to get the exotic one. AFAIK, precursors are random drops or can be made in the forge. You either buy them off the TP or play the RNG game.

Would putting in 4 Rare or Exotic longbows in the Mystic Forge up my chances for the kudzu?

i believe it’s only rares or exotics, that will give u an exotic like that or an exotic at all right?

4 rare longbows for a small chance and 4 exotic longbows for a better but still small chance.

Would they have to be longbows for the leaf of kudzu or would any rares work equally well?

I think if you just throw a random assortment of rare-exotic weapons you have a very small chance and every precursor. So yes it would work, however the odds of you getting the one you want are very, very slim. It’s cheaper to get the same weapon as you’re looking for and throw 4 of those in.

If you put 4 weapons of the same type, then you’re going to get a weapon of the same type back. So, 4 longbows could result in a Leaf of Kudzu.

Remember though, the chance of getting a precursor is very very very small. You’ll probably be better off buying Leaf of Kudzu on the market.
