Guild Wars 2

Was roaming around and saw someone with at least 10 Krytan Drakehounds following him. Is this a bug or exploit or normal (or perhaps something on my end that didn’t communicate properly with the server)? I don’t play a ranger as a main, so curiosity got the better of me.

There are no hunters in this game.

Rune of the noble has a chance to summon a drakehound when hit.

I laughed, not going to lie, then i clicked the screenshots.

Wouldn’t they have a timer like all other summons? Otherwise what’s stopping you from in WvW taking dmg from a random creature and summoning 20 hounds then running into a fight?
