I agree with Cufu!
Immobbilize and cripple work very well with power builds.
Usually you invest 30 points in MM for a power build.
So you already got increased condi duration and for cripple, chill, immobilize you don“t even need condi damage to reach full effectiveness.
Is this build for PVE oder Wvw(PvP)?
For sPvP:

4x Necromancer, 3x Mesmer, 4x Guardian, 4x Thief, 4 Revenant
Yes i forgot to mention (sorry), This is for pve & dungeons only (fractals too).
I will check what you all said this is really a good idea especially if i’m a power build and a bit squishy so keeping the mobs away from me is a good idea.
This for example.

Zephyr or Sick’em can be changed if something else is needed (lightning reflexes or another spirit (protection) for example).
My ranger is 30/30/0/10/0,
I feel the signet are there for the pet, make it stronger, make it faster, etc.
I treat my pet as a bonus damage and decided not to revolve my build around it, so i kind of feel that signets are not the best option.
Shouts are quite nice thought. I like search and rescue. Guard me can be useful when something will go wrong but no idea how much damage my pet will sustain before it will die.
Since both are focused on the pet, I should point out that dropping one of the first two traits to 25 and going to 15 Nature Mastery will vastly improve your pet. At 15 NM you get fortifying bond, which shares any boons you get with your pet.
Most power DPS builds I see drop Marksmanship to 20, and focus on the extra 5% or 10% damage traits. A power build will have about 2400+ power, so losing 100 power is about a 4% loss in damage, making it a worthwhile tradeoff.
- The 25 Skirmishing trait gives an extra 10% damage when flanking.
- The 25 WS trait gives 10% extra damage when over 90% hp.
- The 25 NM trait gives 5% extra damage, but the NM V trait also gives another about 2%-3% with a Berserker’s build if you’re going to go this deeply into NM. (An extra 5% damage with GS or spear is also in this line for some inexplicable reason.)
So you may want to try experimenting with adjusting your build to pick up some of those. e.g. 20/25/25/0/0 or 20/25/0/25/0. The downside is you can only have one of Spotter, Piercing Arrows, and Eagle Eye with 20 Marksmanship.
