the active is also 3sec daze(6s with MOC) on 30sec CD(at max). AOE over single target.
Stronger but less flexible.
And dont go celec, go with cavalir/valkyrie – The openning strike uptime will compensate for the low crit chance. Your heals will be very strong, you dont need the healing power- your burst damage will be much higher.
consider SOR over SOTW I think we will face some crazy condi builds after patch, not sure EB will be enough.
I would totally drop Natural Healing for 2HT, the mad synergy with Remorseless is too much to pass up imo.
Cavaliers gear and intelligence sigils ftw.

I’m a huge fan of healing power which is why I try and run it
I was also thinking instead of protect me I could run quickening zypher
Its now super speed with no healing problem and could burst with drake pets easier with it
Sor vs sotw might be safe will have to see how it goes, spirit could replace technobabble, I just like it cause it’s usable while stunned

I started leveling an Asura Ranger since my Sylvari Ranger can not use TB. In the end he will be using SB/GS with Storm Spirit and TB. The Rest is open/flexible
With MoC and Rune of the Mesmer, i have 2x 8 second Dazes, 1x 4 second Daze and 1x ~2,5 second Daze. On Top of that i Play with Pink + Black Moa for another 2 second Daze each.
Rune of the Mesmer does not stack with MoC, since MoC already hits the 100% cap.

I thought the 100% cap is only for Conditions and since Daze is not a Condition… but i can live with that, since it felt kind of that way when i tested MoC with Mesmer Runes in the Mists.

Even if it stacked I think it would have been an over kill, dangerous to put all your resources on just one trick. Much better rune sets out there.

The Condi Duration is logical because Fear is a Condition. But increasing Fear Duration with a Daze Trait is not logical.
