Anet HATES stealth/thieves.
i guess everyone spec into s/d and evade spam the kitten out of everyone
it’s a good thing they do. Stealth is pretty unfair. In conquest that is partially allevated by losing ability to hold a point when invisible. But in wvw it only makes sense there are tools that prevent from whole nation of thieves from moving into enemy base unnoticed.
no one likes thieves
Mesmer is unfun to play against and does everything better than thieves.
Hoping those two get gutted with nerfs
Don’t know. Stealth shouldn’t make the Thief, or any other class for that matter.
Yeah not too sure they’re too fond of them….
They also don’t seem to be too fond of their “vet”/current players, judging by whats going on.
O well, so many other games out there!
now they’re making it so towers can have a stealth revealing buff around them
I’ve missed this. Do you have a link to this info?
My main issue with anything that removes the ability for a thief to stealth is that it takes our backstab away. Without anything able to match the damage potential of backstab when unstealthed, what are we supposed to do?

The War Room is a building that allows the building of different WvW tools. Some of the examples we can see in the trailer are Airships assaulting Stonemist and players controlling Charr vehicles in the new borderlands. Most of these are set to their own things, such as airships only attacking Stonemist, the charr vehicles only available at specific locations in the new borderlands, and a stealth-revealing buff around towers.
Interesting, thank you. It seems swords may be the way to go. I’m getting ready! :-D

Did you catch the part where vigor got a global 50% effectiveness nerf? Also, Feline Grace no longer restores endurance. Couple that with no 10% damage bonus to acro and suddenly s/d isn’t that great anymore.
Thief is about to be pigeonholed, hard.
