DPS dungeon build
Hi,
Check out this thread
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/professions/thief/Guide-to-Thief-Guides/first
For convenience it is at the top of the thief forum GL
and refuses to spare the life in return for the surrender at discretion (unconditional surrender)
of a vanquished opponent.
That link is pretty dated. Brazil posted the dd build which is the best dungeon build. It’s on the guru forums so just google it.
Hello,
I don’t run a D/D build even though I believe the backstab build will have the highest single target dmg. I prefer to run with sword (cleave dmg and weakness auto-attack) and offhand pistol for blind fields. With first strikes in the CS line (10% dmg increase) and lead attacks (15% dmg increase) in the trickery line you can get a total of 25% dmg increase! And if Excecutioner kicks in you get an additional 20% dmg bonus increase.. 45% dmg increase is pretty insane. Anyways, this is the build I use for dungeons:
I focus on having pretty awesome DPS as well as having a shorter cool down on steal for might, fury, swiftness, and vigor as soon as it recharges. That’s not including the boons you may steal from the mobs.

Thanks for the replies, both those builds look good, I’ll have to try them out.
