not very helpful there guys. There is always the standard zerker backstabby builds. Then again, it seems like you’re a fan of non-standard builds. Maybe try s/d acrobatics /evasion builds. For Pve just use S/P instead.
Either way, you’ll need to get some new gear (not condition). Probably a mix of zerker’s and soldier’s or some other comprimise between damage and survivability.
Another thing to try is venom share builds…not the most optimal, but fun and useful in groups.
If those don’t do it for you, there’s always necromancers!
If you like condition builds so much, I heavily suggest the necromancer.

As for the OP, try S/D for WvW and S/P for PvE. If you don’t like those, reroll Necromancer.
Or just play a Guardian.
Rerolling a necromancer might actually do the trick though, I always miss thief mobility when playing one.
necro’s dont have much mobility if you want mobility go a condi engi or a mesmer variant, mesmers and thieves if using there slots for movement have the best in-combat mobility hands down.
In dungeons you can try a signet of malice, caltrops, smokescreen, daggerstorm type build and customize a bit for each boss. That shouldn’t feel much like a guardian.
for wvw, try:
P/D+D/0 (saving a weapon)
With Sigil of Geomancy in your offhand dagger.
Get a bunch of stealth related traits(namely blind on stealth and stealth duration) and a full set of Condition Gear.
Now, you can either get some points in trickery for caltrops on dodge, get some points in acrobatics and go for an evasive caltrop bleed build(something like 0/0/30/20/20 or 0/0/20/20/30) or go for a venom build with 20/0/30/20/0, getting venom related traits.
Whenever someone tries to press into melee, you CnD and stack bleeds. If they press more, you swap weapons to trigger Geomancy, creating more bleeds and death blossom right through them. If they try to kite, drop some cripples/immobs/torment on them.
If you feel like swapping back to pistol happens out of geomancy range too often, get
P(bleed duration)/D(Venom)
D(bleed duration)/D(Geomancy)
or something like that.
Acrobatics caltrops is more of a freeform evasive style, which can be built with stun breakers/stealth skills as needed, while venom builds rely entirely on CnD and blinds to stay alive, as you will typically slot BV+2 utility venoms(typically spider venom and Devourer or Skale Venom).
The Venom builds pack more punch, are better for chasing and got group utility but are also weaker against burst.
If you want to run the venom build, get some friends to run with you, preferrably ones with fast hitting summons(thieves, mesmers, …), cause those wreck with venom share.
