Rune of Tormenting + Withdraw = Broken
I thought you were going to explain how it was an OP combo. I am disappointed that a new use for them has not been revealed to me. Regardless of that though here is a bit of a bump for your topic. As many bugs in the game need to be resolved as possible.

If you could trigger an on-heal rune’s effect at the beginning of a heal then forget about tormenting runes, every carrion condition thief would run balthazar runes.
i think torment should be removed by “hide in shadows” because this healskill removes all dots. but it doesnt, i think they forgot it.

The effect of the skill never explicitly stated “removes all damage over time effects”.
Torment was added much, much later than Hide in Shadows.

It doesn’t remove all dots, it removes bleeding, poison, and burning. there is a difference here.
