OT: I would like for it to be unblockable as well, but would that mean the thieves guild one would also be? Maybe that’s why it can be blocked to prevent that elite from being….well….elite
You forgot to throw in how INSANELY BUGGY Scorpion Wire is. Lotta times it won’t even pull them on flat terrain and just knocks them over. Then there’s the sinful outa range when not issue, and obstructed by nothing. Mine as well make it unblockable since it’ll fail anyways. You don’t see that happen in Mortal Kombat. That s*** connects and they’re ****ed. They should make it faster and add a line similar to Scorpion’s as well just for the hell of it too.

I generally enjoy ice/water element more than Fire but I gotta say.. Scorpion is 1000 times cooler than any Ninja. Although Reptile is my personal favorite.
Maybe that’s why I love Throw Gunk so much. :s

Workable compromise I Think:
Either make it heat seeking
or make it unblockable
seeking means a higher overall success rate of connecting the wire, which would mean evasion/blocking are the natural counterplays
Unblockable means less overall success (like now) and a higher skillcap to use, but if you DO use it right against the counterplay of, well, moving, then you’re rewarded for it.
In either case I think the projectile speed could be increased a tad. all things considered it’s our only real 1200 range option designed to deal with long range opponents and is still basically a clone of the necromancer pull. Thing is, the necro has options to actually engage in combat at that distance with a staff, wheras we need to use a closing tool to bridge that gap. Thus, I feel it’s warranted that our pull is a little better.

Yep, a pretty useless ability except for the lols.
I wouldn’t mind a slightly shorter cooldown OR a slightly longer knockdown effect
SubZero is way …. (sunglasses) cooler than scorpion.

OT: I would welcome this change, but honestly wouldn’t justify using it still.
It would also be a good idea to pulling worked on corpses.
Pulls (especially with such a longe range) should neither be fast nor unblockable.

We don’t want PvE mobs to have unblockable scorpion wires and pulls. All the same reasons hold when thinking about player thieves having unblockable scorpion wires.
