Core warrior changes- so far Updated
Pretty interesting really. While I doubt it’ll make physical utilities worth taking it does make them more interesting. Also two charges on throw axe is great! Makes it harder to get kited.
Berserkers power we’ll have to see but if nerfed thats a shame.

I must be the only person who uses physical skills. They have received buff after buff and honestly people should try them out before dismissing. Granted this is an alt and not my main but its really fun to play.. My build http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vJIQNApZUj8cQVHW2BudAnIGICMsFkDGBWA4DOAuQYDY5B-TxxWABioHY2HAAA7PU7JAwH1fCQ5HEKBBA-e
Guys soon every warrior use physical skills….
Tons of traits on spellbreaker are around cc.. couple that with new improved kick3x etc and soon we remove boons like a mother f..

Honestly starting to think that it’s overkill. From a WvW perspective, look at hammer. Hammer with the, grandmaster + absorption sigil, and add the meditation to that thats like nearly instant 5 boons AoE ripped. Boon removal on CC is crazy for teamplay if you combine any aoe cc with absorption and the grandmaster really. I can already see myself jumping into a zerg with hammer, using the meditation and counter just stripping insane amount of boons.

Yeahh hammer.. they moved the trait for hammer to strength!!! They knew!! kitten ..
There was a reason now to pick merciless hammer with def/disc/spell..
But now they moved it to strength. So no more 25%speed and 5sec swap. Or no merciless hammer.
But strengthline also buffes cc more… and physical skills.. hmmmmmm

I didn’t see the video, what swapped places with hammer?
Edit:
NVM saw it in Bog Otter’s video looks like its where Axe mastery was.

Im wondering, would there be any point in running burst mastery on a spellbreaker?

No.. that 7% extra dmg on a stage 1 burst??
And you get 33% adrenaline back.. from stage 1 i guess. Sounds very bad.
Im kinda curious how that axe trait would perform along with daggers dmg wise. But discipline would probably not be a great pick for spellbreaker, fast hands tho….
I think the dagger damage is pretty bad.. sorry but when looking at the skills it does pretty bad dmg.. but maby ita because they used soldier stats or something??
I would assume damage is going to be low, and increased on interrupts and/or stuns.
Crystal Desert
From the ratios I’ve seen, Spellbreaker has fantastic power scaling.
Dagger Dagger / Hammer, with Rampage elite.
Going to be fun.

Agreed. They are underated and too often overlooked in favor of stances. When I am on my thief against a warrior the ones I have most issues with are those that trait physicals and know how and when to use them.
That stomp with draining sigil can really lay the hurt on , just as example, and traiting physical gives a lot of kick to kick.

Stage 1 bursts do the same damage as Stage 3 bursts (at least for Greatsword and Hammer—the ones I checked). Only the secondary effects are altered.
Strength and Physical Skills should have some strong synergy with Spellbreaker. You can go hybrid and take Body Blow and Distracting Strikes with either Mace/Shield or Hammer and really just be a CC machine but with better mobility than previous options. There’s even some good combos in Arms like Opportunist and Unsuspecting Foe. Hell it makes Burst Precision a little more useful even due to Pure Strike. I suspect they’ll also update Dual Wielding to include Daggers. Furious will also be useful with it.
Now, if only they could solve the Fast Hands problem by just removing it and adjusting weapon cooldowns we would have a ton of cool build options. Every trait on Spellbreaker seems to have synergy with another core Warrior trait, which is good to see.
Old Man Burr (War), Bad Hat Ben (Engi), Manly Manny Manson (Guard)
Spellbreaker is definitely going to be Strength / Spellbreaker / X. We just need to see the trait and skill rework in the upcoming balance patch to see what third specialization will be chosen; most likely Defense, but some new combinations may come into existence.
