Do you use Physical skills or just Rampage ?
Atm still only for Rampage, but I’ll try bull charge on WvW to see if it helps with my mobility with the GS/hammer build
I use Bulls Charge in Wvw, but be warned that it’s buggier than ever. Chances of missing get really high the further away you are from the target and if they’re moving at all (even running straight to you).
It helps for mobility, but it’s also not as good for that as it used to be.
(I dont use Rampage)

BTW bull charge does not remove Immobilize with Warrior Sprint trait, you still get stuck in place, not to mention that is still misses like a blind dog for +2 years.
i would use bullcharge if it’s a duel some times. but yea, just rampage.
Stomp is good but you have to remove a stance for the spot so it depends on your playstyle
Bull charge is only worth using in a sword/longbow condi build for the leap finisher with powerful synergy

I use bull’s charge sometimes for added mobility only.

Even with the old version of this trait (+100% physical skills damage) the physical skill damage were not that impressive… But still I liked my double-damage Kick.
Now… meh. Damage-wise, only useful for Rampage. Sad.
I use kick and stomp along with rampage on my troll Hammer/Mace/Shield Condi build with distracting strikes in sPvP. Condi application on practically every weapon skill and 2 utilities. (plus all the rampage skills pretty much)
Kills a lot of nab players who dont realise they have 16+ stacks of confusion on them.
Doesn’t work against good players or in a 1vX situation.
No burst though so it really is just for when im in trolling mood.

You know, to make the trait work they could make Rampage’s skills damage be reduced accordingly so that increasing it by 200% would reach the wanted amount.
Or increase the damage of physical skills by an amount in which increasing everything by 20% would reach the wanted amount.
Or buff everything by 200%, except for rampage, that gets buffed by 20%.
Only Rampage. Physical skills were pretty bad even with the old +100% damage trait, that should be telling you something.
The problem with GW2 is that skills compete with each other and when you compare a total debuff immunity to a little nudge that does barely damage, well, the latter stands little chance.
My propositions to fix them:
Bull’s Charge – either a massive speed increase or making it charge in a straight line knocking down everyone on it’s path turning it into a good skill for team fights.
Stomp – make it a ground target AoE like the Rampage’s skill so it’s useful for mobility and it becomes easier to land.
Kick – either make it deal massive damage or not knockback but stun for 2 or even 3 seconds.
OR
We go back to the idea you voiced regarding Endurance affecting Physical skills.
If you’re at 50% Endurance or above:
Stomp – makes the ground collapse, creating an impassable barrier of rocks around the impact. Same as Guardian’s Ring of Warding.
Kick – the knockback distance and disable duration becomes like Engineer’s Overcharge Shot.
Bull’s Charge – sends a shockwave from the impact, knocking down all enemies behind the target.
Using Bull’s Charge on wvw for mobility and combing with frenzy/HB.. Tho you need to be aware when using it.. since many classes runs with those passive traits that prevents that knock down
