For one second would 130-140 heal.
Now banner shaman warrior can passive heal 850 hp/s. And have 3500+ armor.
It is not a bug, the was a typo in the patchnotes(the per 3 seconds one). The devs themselfs said so.

The heal sig is a typo. The numbers are correct but it should say per second. Yes, that is correct, 392 health per second.

Healing Signet (Passive): Reworked the formula that this passive heal uses. At level 80, this skill goes from 392 healing per 3 seconds to 467 healing per 3 seconds with 1500 healing power.

With 20 in defence can 500. Cleansing ire must have.

axe auto attack did more damage then hundred blade way back then, shock.
“every mob” can be killed and not lose 5-10% health, Totally not true, i know, shock.
more thieves complaining about warriors in warrior forums, not shocked.

Not only will a banner Warrior do little/no damage, Poison destroys him.
How do these threads keep happening. It’s like the forums took a huge dive recently or something.

130+118 — regen boon
120+47.2 — adrenaline heal

At which point you’re never using adrenaline to keep the passive adrenaline regeneration, and carrying around a banner everywhere. Your offense is being supported solely by a paltry 900 condition damage and whatever you spend your other 10 trait points on. So you basically give up all burst healing, and have terrible offense in return for a lot of regeneration and nothing else.
Someone please stop this build before it gets out of hand. e_e

Uh…..Adrenal heal is per 3 seconds?
Yeah, he took that into account. At 3 bars of adrenaline, it is 360 heal every 3 seconds, base. 360/3 = 120 HPS, like he said.

I love how people just say “look, x skill is overpowered because y skill is less numbers” and never take into account other boons that class is capable of producing (such as protection).

What’s funny is you can get almost half that healing in full berserker gear 30/0/0/10/30 spec.
Healing Signet, good. Healing gear, bad. Regen banner, bad. Adrenal health, bad.
Healing in this game is pure crap outside of base healing skills. Yay I doubled my self-healing…oh wait I gave up 80% of my damage to do it.
