I heard that offhand axe skill 5 whirling axe is bugged, anyone can confirm this?

I used it just a few minutes ago, wasn’t bugged for me. How did they say it was bugged?

I THINK that the bug is supposed to be that you don’t get as much damage as the skills is supposed to be doing… at least that’s what I read some place. That being said, I still really like it for my S/A warrior. It’s great for AOE tags and building up adrenalin. Plus my asura warrior looks AWEsome floating, spinning and then looking all dizzy when its done

I really love the skin of 2 axes this is so beautiful but the axe in off – hand don’t do damage enough to use this.. please tell me what you think about this .
