Arcing arrow is getting nerfed about 15%, plus the huge crit kitten erf.
At this point, Warriors shouldn’t have anything.
Have you seen the upcoming changes? A lot of nerfs coming to longbow, but it’s okay. Hope you’re prepared to cry, cause warriors are getting the most OP GM trait ever: Brawler’s Recovery.
That’s right, 30 (6 I guess after patch) trait points to remove blind on weapon swap. REMOVES BLIND. Better get those tissues ready. No other class can do that.
I understand having high melee damage (it’s a Warrior, duh), but ranged is just a huge no.
Any hard hitting abilities from “range” that a warrior has is highly telegraphed. Why did you stand in the big red circle showing you where the slow moving arcing shot projectile was going to land?
Seems like an L2P issue. People cry about warriors but obviously haven’t played as a warrior against equally skilled mesmers, necros, DPS and condition thieves, condition engineers, and DPS meditation guardians. There’s no warrior build that can beat those in a duel against equally skilled opponents.
Anyways, the cry babies got what they wanted and the warrior is getting a few things nerfed that didn’t need nerfing in this upcoming patch.
arcing arrow is OP, if you use it directly below you the animation is short and the shot becomes hard to predict, also the scenario I just listed is how warriors always use it btw -_-

at which point arching arrow acts more like a melee attack which seems most people agree that warriors should have a lot of.
