Last Stand: Bugged or Working as intended?
As it should negate the effect of the first incoming disable, it should also allow your channeled skill to go uninterrupted, IMO.

I always rage but never quit.
The ranger never gets the stun, that’s why they aren’t interrupted.
It is working as intended. You have to become stunned or disabled, before the trait kicks in, it will not work as an “immunity”, in the sense that the first stun will not interrupt etc.

Do we have any confirmation from devs on this?
As they changed the trait a while back to actually nullify the first disable, IMO it is not working as intended. That change seems an indication of the actual intended use of the trait.
It is already quite the mediocre choice in a trait line that has so many better options.

It is working as intended now. The original trait used to be far worse (worthless).
It’s fairly powerful as is but it’s just there are other more powerful competing traits in the Toughness line.

I agree with this line of thought in theory, but it does not explain why other skills are not interrupted from the criteria that activates Last Stand as well.

It works like Reapers Protection – the actual CC must take place for the desired effect
It does not reflect or negate the first CC like the Ranger trait

Good comparison to give perspective to the two traits, however; Shared Anguish is in fact, a hard stun break, just like Last Stand. The difference between Reapers protection and the traits listed in the link in my initial post, is that Reapers Protection isn’t a stun break. At all. RP mirrors all disabilities in replace with a static fear, while remaining stunned.
It is within my opinion that if a given class with a trait that is listed as an actual stun breaker, as you said your self, the player must be hit by the stun for the trait to activate. Even if it is passively activated, ANY skills that are being used should be placed on cool-down to give priority to the traited stun break.
The description for Shared Anguish on the wiki clearly states, “All disabling conditions are TRANSFERRED to your pet instead. ”
*In this example, rangers are flat out immune. Just like a warrior with Last stand minus the Burst Skill interruption.
this ranger trait “Hide in Plain Sight” can interrupt your channeled skills even if you have stability.
When you use this trait in CoE and you get crystalled by subject alpha you actually can still attack. Its the only way I know of to get out of crystals other than others breaking them.
