“I’m finding companies should sell access to forums,

Early apologies if a thread on this is buried somewhere. Tried a Google search and didn’t come up with anything concrete.
With Berserker on the way, I wanted to get some impressions of Physical skills in light of the new Rage skills.
So far as I can gather, Physical is much more of a PvP set of skills, with plenty of interrupts. Borderline useless in PvE (until the break bar finally lands). In general, they’re already really lackluster for the opportunity cost (why run Bola when there’s For Great Justice or a banner?) and Rage skills stand to be amp’d up versions of Physical skills.
Anyone see a bunch of dead weight with Physical skills, now or coming with HoT? What could be done to make that skill path better?

There have been a few threads on the topic, yeah.
Physical skill r unused mostly because warrior need defensive utility skills to survive in pvp. Which means stances and shouts. U can get away with 1 offensive skill with is where builds with frenzy and bulls charge come in
Physical skills would see more use if warriors weren’t a pile of garbage without immunity utilities.
I’d love to run bolas in pvp if it didn’t completely miss or get “obstructed” from nothing half the time.

I’ll give those a look in my spare time. Thanks!
I always thought physicals should be affected be adrenaline in more than just damage. More adrenaline equals faster bola speed and duration, or longer knockback from stomp. That sort of thing.
Physicals might be better if they were more reliable. Each time you Throw Bolas or pop Bull’s Charge, you’re rolling the dice as to whether anything will actually happen, or the skill will inexplicably miss, get obstructed, etc.
Things that would make warrior less stagnant if buffed and changed;
Lowest priority-signets.
High priority-physical skills
Highest priority-Shouts, esp: Fear me/On my mark.
Like many warrior players, I’m in too deep with my warrior to just walk away from it. Too much time spend ascending and crafting legendary and infused everything.
However H.o.T carries little interest for me, because berserker offers nothing new to warrior. The elite doesn’t dramatically change warrior in any way. Warrior is in desperate need of spring clean and freshen up.
If ‘on my mark’ also caused taunt
or ‘fear me’ applied torment
If ‘throw bolas’ were instead lasso and could pull
Anything really that refreshes warrior would be a good step.
They could buff up physical skills were it actually offer a different type of survivability.
For example:
Stomp: Launch foes up into the air for 4 seconds with a powerful stomp. (Increase the radius)
Kick: (Increase range) Throw a flying kick that knock back up to five foes, the people who is knock back is daze for 3 seconds. (lower the cooldown)
Bull’s Charge: Increase range to 1200. Knockdown all foes who are in the path of your intended target as well.
Bolas: This skill will now have 2 parts. First you throw bolas to immobilize your target for 3 seconds, then you can pull them back toward you because the bolas now has a rope attach to it (30 second duration to activate the pull). As an added effect, the player you pulled will be revealed for 5 seconds. (This can be used to counter stealth opponents).

They could change bulls charge so instead of charging to enemy you would teleport to your opponent and knockdown him

Nah, I love the charging animation and sound effects. That’s the only reason why I use it. XD
Yeah but its easy to dodge it, changing it my way would make the warriors less predictable like they are right now.

Yeah but its easy to dodge it
That’s why they need to speed up the animation. But when time correctly it will hit even the best players. The only problem is the skill tends to overshoot or doesn’t hit at all even if they aren’t dodging. They need to fix that.
Some good ideas so far, folks.
I like the thought on Bull’s Charge, for making it hit everything in a line instead of charging an enemy and stopping (which leads to glitches). That, and I want the special joy of having it renamed Teragriff’s Charge. :P
Kick actually isn’t too terrible. It’s a low-cooldown interrupt. And it’s hilarious to do to bears. I would rather it be a knock_down_ instead of a knockback, but it’s functional.
Stomp and Fear Me are both anti-pressure skills, so.. are both really necessary, as is? Both have big applications for controlling PvP points, so I’d be reluctant to change them too much.
Bola could do well with a gap closer of some kind. Granted, Immob is already helpful for that, and the skill’s short cooldown is decent, but it’s very.. lackluster. Adding a chain-activated pull to it would be thematic, as would a chain leap, which could feel a field combo.
In thinking about it, with Body Blow and Distracting Strikes, the Physical track could do well as condition add-ons. The bonus damage on Peak Performance is fairly weak, though. The 100% damage boost almost made them decent.
