Hey fellow warriors ….I just hit my first 80 toon with my Sylvari Warrior tonight! I have a simple question really. I am familiar will all warrior builds for different situations as I have tested them while leveling and WvW and sPvP. How MUCH exact healing does the trait ’Adrenal Health" Tick for while your adrenaline is full? And is the trait worth it for a bunker build (Hammer-mace-mace)?

It heals you 120 hp/s and it has nothing to do with healing power.
I got it > Adrenal health + inspiring battle standard + healing signet = very good regeneration.

with 1k healing power at level 80, i do believe it was hitting about 380ish every 3 or 4 tic’s, or something similar to that

You were probably at 3 bars of adrenaline, since Adrenal Health isn’t modified by healing power.

AH gives 360ish health every 3 seconds at 3 bars, less for 1 and 2 bars, so it’s ideal if you’re not bursting much. But even if you are, it’s still worthwhile. On the topic of regen, Healing Signet ticks for ~210 every second with 0 healing power, which means that, combined, you’re regening ~20k hps/min.

that said, i almost never use healing signet, and i burst as often as i can, so my typical self regen is around 650 hps. oh no…

Adrenal Health isn’t affected by healing power, but it IS affected by the bonus to healing from WvW score. Someone noticed this last night.

I think your numbers are off. You’re saying banner regen + signet gives you 1000 hps…

Adrenal Health should be affected by healing power I mean I thought it did. I chose it for survivability which the warrior profession lacks.

So i recently respec’d my toon and droped the adren health line… I do seem to significantly notice the lack of regen. The shouts are helpfull but lack a significant punch without a lot of +healing which is usually not geared or traited on a war.

329-345 banners
289-339 adrenal health.

no signet. roughly 650 hps. depends on what buffs I have or if I’m in a wvw with bonuses, and all that.

obviously, these are observed numbers from gameplay not dummy testing.
