Take it that you are seeing a hardworking colleague who has resigned and went on to another company with better pay and career progression. Oh I’m just posting on the overall tone of the post. It’s fine, he can go anywhere he wants. I think it’s good that they are the last to leave, because it shows they tried, unlike say KH, which caused the others to leave. That in my book, counts for something

Please, let’s not turn this into a Tier 1 thread, until we get to Tier 1 if we ever do.

I think i’ll be pleased if we can hold 2nd in tier 2.

Pretty much just like that. Although if you don’t merge you can always sit there and fight ioj on fairly even ground in t8… I’m sure there’s another dead server so I was wrong, you’ll be able to handle t8.

I’d rather FA stayed in t3, but w/e… t2 just means more people to farm even if we don’t do well in score.

CD, it’s going to be weird not having you as an opponent in the next match. You all were formidable opponents and certainly gave us many great fights over the weeks. Steel sharpens steel and our rivalry has been fun. I look forward to facing you all again

Yeah, I just saw that. With only 8 hours left, it may be too late. If it does happen, FA fights 1v1 with DB. Any population advantage gets enhanced without a stable third server.

Dragonbrand, thank you for the fights tonight, your defense of your BL Bay was awesome, i am taking a lot of screenshots to learn more about defense, you are better at it than Maguuma, and they are very good at it.
[RET] I am having a blast playing with you guys, this week is by far the best WvW experience i ever had and i am glad i moved to FA and your guild. And you have the crazy scottish, noone can better that!
My only complaint is about Oceanic Dragonbrand camping EB JP even when we are pressuring your keep, it’s just stupid and classless in my view, specially with the monthly requirement of 30 JPs.
Next week will be a blast, and i will be here fighting as hard as i can for the glory of my new home! Let’s have a good, clean and bloody fight!

My name is Sir Tryce, as many of you at Crystal Desert know. I’m coming onto this forum and posting for perhaps the last time.

I’ve come to say a formal farewell on behalf of Morphast, myself, and Last Words [LW]. We took a vote yesterday and as of 6 pm server time, decided to move our Guild to Black Gate. We all had various reasons for wanting to move, but please not it wasn’t because of any one person or Guild, or the fact we were being steam rolled in tier 3. I will keep our reasons for moving to myself, but those who actually use the Crystal Desert Team Speak 3 know of our reasons. I don’t want the forum warriors here taking this as an opportunity to mock Last Words or Crystal Desert. All I will say is that it was an emotional meeting and a hard decision to move our Guild. We left behind good friends, and even better comrades in arms.

FJ, DB, You guys were great opponents. FJ, it was fun fighting you guys, you always fought hard, even before your huge merger, and always gave us a tough time. Keep fighting hard, and maybe we’ll see eachother again. DB, same goes for you, keep doing what your doing, you came in swinging, keep doing it.

Crystal Desert, I leave you with these final words,

Never give up, you’ve been up and down, but you’ve never given up, keep fighting the good fight. It was an immense pleasure to work alongside you guys, and even die with you. Part of me wants to say you just don’t want to be in a lower tier, and the other part wants me to know exactly WHY that server and won’t bash until it knows why. Honestly I was on all night between 9-11pm EST, and didn’t see a queue on either DB’s or CD’s BL. I didn’t check FA’s or EB(well i was on EB at around 7pm or so).

I know guild mates were in and out of the borderlands with no queues.

We had a bunch on…but not enough to fill up either BL last night.

Just a heads up, our WvW population dropped some after we got the big lead.

I can guarantee it won’t drop if the score is close next round.

I just want to say to whoever was just in that small FA group at Hills in CD BL that found me and my mesmer buddy during a sweep, thank you! That moment was absolutely hilarious and great. We managed to pull each other off the cliff in a wonderful mutually assured destruction scenario. It’s been a great week! =D
