Not to mention a loose agreement that is only even known of by certain guilds and individuals. I haven’t even gotten around to bringing it up with my guild yet as we had something else major to focus on last night.

There could be any number of small 10-man guild teams on the maps that may not even know this agreement exists at all, or simply not care, and on both sides of the agreement; still attacking the other servers’ borderlands and camps/towers without a care in the world.

I as an individual am willing to honor it, but other members and squad leaders of my guild may or may not be, we haven’t even discussed it yet and most don’t even realize anything like this exists atm.

About the JP, I just want to be clear of this, I don’t camp the JP, but is stupid that when I’m helping my guild/server get blueprints Ill wave at an enemy and let them get blueprints for themselves. Everyone else is free to do whatever they want, but I feel that we are missing the point of why the jp in WvW gives you blueprints to use in wvw, and I could care less on PvErs going for the medals, like I said before, I trusted at the beggining and I only got back-stabbed after they got the good numbers to take me down, sorry… not doing that again.

Agreed, we could all, especially even myself, use to lighten up a bit. I remember checking on the tier 2 weekly thread and seeing that they were all getting along an even using using celebrities to represent their servers. (Ie. Team Steven Seagal, Team Flav and Team Lohan)

I think its a great idea! So from my interpretation, here’s SF, FC and ET.

Just remember which server started it filthy. T8 never had problems in JP till the infamous sorrows dame along.

if you look at this guy’s post history it’s literally all about bragging about jp camping and how he’s a victim of getting slaughtered so he camps it I guess in hopes of some form of vengeance. I can’t imagine what it’s like checking the map to see your server owns the whole thing while you’ve spent the entire time that you’ve been online waiting in a dark room of a jumping puzzle that no one on either of the other servers even has access to. lol

it’s always great fun running the “nights”, and it’s definitely good when we can push back the “sea of green” even if it’s only temporary. I dont experience to much “bad behaviour”from SF, short of venturing onto the forums where it seems to be bad behaviour from all sides. Sure we get out numbered a lot but that’s to be expected, and at times it helps give a sense of “achievement” if we succeed in pushing back, holding off or even beating back something we never expected to win against. SM was fun to capture and great fun to hold while we still did, and as usual it’s always a good fight against the ever present CoSA.

Alright, Last Night Was a total Blast in the Worst of Ways, tho.

What happened was simply put, we hit ET borderlands, and Zip, nada, nothing going on, got a tell that we were going to do a Zerg ball for Points in EB, and so I headed on over, and what I see is an Attrition game being played against SF for ET Overlook.

Ok. While I admit, it was kinda fun for a short time, lets be real, ET simply does not have the forces to play an attrition game, especially against SF. Shout out to KING you guys fight and die well!

Anyway, after that I took a small strike force and start to stir the poopot around the battle grounds, caught a few people trying to move about and that was kinda fun, but it seems word spread that ET was gonna zerg ball a SF land, and lo and behold, this massive OMGWTFBQQ-Ball-o-DOOM is looking to grind our bones to paste, as I am running for my life laughing my head off that my little team of 4 must have kitten you guys off good, our own Bass-o-Matitc-Ball-of-Death collides with yours, spit, snot and bodies everywhere.

Anyway, after that, I opted to call it a night, kudos to the FC crew for taking the castle, while we may not have an alliance we could not have planned that better if we.. well you know, actually planned it.

For the first 30 minutes to an hour after we managed to get SM we had outer walls breached to the south west by SF trebs and to the north by ET trebs, it seems everyone wanted a piece of it while it was weak :-P it was great fun though, and you guys from ET seemed to vanish after a while. I went up towards your overlook hoping you guys were preparing for another shot but sadly there was only a few stragglers to be found so with a quick /wave /salute it was off to stop SF where a there was fairly fun fight in the space between SM and wild creek,where they had their trebs holed up. Truly was a fun afternoon/night and I hope there’s more to come.

Tonight… on “Wild Tyria”, i go in search of the eluive JP rat in it’s natural habitat…

I’ve never paid much attention to JPs before, so I set off with merely a vague idea of where I was running, and the knowledge that it was a long perilous journey. All hands would be against me, and if i was caught, it would mean certain death. (see first image)

After a harrowing trip deep into hostile territory, I found… nothing. (see second image) Well this was not what I expected. Back and forth a bit. Oh wait, that’s the legendary guards, better not go over there… and look around a bit more, and finally give in to my last resort… /wiki jumping puzzles.

The Obsidian Sanctum is the long jumping puzzle located in the Eternal Battlegrounds. It is accessed through a Mystic Portal, which can be found in any of the three keeps on the map.

Looks at the map. Looks at the wiki. Looks at the map. Looks at the wiki. I has a sad now. I can’t /wave like I wanted to.

Altho I did notice something… interesting. (see third picture) I didn’t think you could play WvW if you were guesting. Hmmm

I don’t know if any of their players come here but shout out to the claw guys who almost got me with like 5 permasteath thieves. I’m all like “I can take this thief” and then I saw the one who came out of stealth to hit me was human and not charr. Noped right the hell outta there just in time to see the other 4. Ain’t even mad that was clever as hell.

I have nothing but respect for our ET and FC opponents that fight it out no matter what. And the ones that take advantage of our zerging to capture less-contested points. And for banging on the walls of the keeps to prevent us from re-spawning closer to where the fight is taking place. (Except the hacker kid who was keeping the SF keep, he was doing things to get away that no normal toon does)

I aint gonna complain about “night capping”, I’m Aussie so for the most part your night capping is my prime time :-P

Thanks cantur, it’s a tough fight but I know I see a few guilds out there beside ours day in and day out. It’s the small victories. Keep it up FC that’s pretty awesome.

Lol, some SF ordered merchants while FC was @ inner of their keep, wasting 300 supply while we were already scarce. Either we have a case of a spy, or someone who is really bad lol.

We defended it still, but just something to note.

Nobody, this was obviously a case of someone on your server in urgent need to sell junk slowly.

For a second I thought all of SF somehow managed to save up enough gold to transfer and form “Sorrow’s Terrace” to nuke us until we are forced to submit and form “Fergeradace’s Sorrow” the next tier 3 server.

Lol…after porting tons of our people up to chest I came back to fight in EB, I am so proud of you though. I would have loved to see how Many Fergs it takes to run the jp though. Never though you would take the keep…was to busy lighting fireworks for my ET friends.

Last night I just exited out spawn in EB and the whole map is almost all green. A group of 4 ET were roaming around taking camps and I bowed as they ran past. They paused, buffed and continued to beat the snot out of me so from my side the gloves are off again I’m afraid.

Whoever the two SF guys that helped me and the Anet employee kill the Champion Harpy were, you guys are awesome. That was the coolest thing that’s happened for me so far for me in WvW.

After all the bitterness that’s been present in WvW lately, it’s nice to get a few laughs out of it.

(Also, apologies to Fergomancer for dying so much. xP)

I just wanted to say thanks to that SF ranger that pulled me out of the tower wall last night (then killed me). I was stuck in that dern thing for about 15 minutes. I couldn’t port because I was considered “in battle” and didn’t really want to DC entirely because I was enjoying the SF vs Ferg action that was going on around all the catapults. It was kind of exhilirating to litterally be inches away from the enemy while we stood there face to face. I could almost see some of the perplexed looks on faces as I /danced and /waved. (Why isn’t there an emote for /PleasePutMeOutOfMyMisery?)

When I finally got “freed” by the SF ranger, it was on the interior side of the wall (it was theirs) and I was so shocked, I couldn’t even manage an appropriate defense. lol

Thanks for the offer, but I’ll stick with FC… until the very end (some of SF might know I’m always the last one in a tower doing one last bit of damage before the lights go out).
btw – I did run across a ET player in SF BL and bowed. He bowed back and we both went our merry ways. Uncomfortable as it was, I managed to not test my strength against a red number.
