Fox, I’ve already stated it wasn’t GH. And I didn’t confuse anything. There were not two Mesmers. There was no pre-stacking. The group that was on my behind as I barely made it inside the tower ran to the back wall with the single Mesmer and he ported them in.

The guild in question apparently didn’t learn anything from theh by last run-in they had with ArenaNet.

You did say it wasn’t my guild, but you’re still accusing my server of cheating. Glitching into towers isn’t as easy as you seem to think it is, and it’s not something you can do in 15 seconds. Combine that with the fact that the last time somebody accused one of our guilds of foul play (botting) was because they didn’t know what /dance * did, and you can see why I think you’re wrong.

And you’re allowed to name names you know. I had no problem doing it when Kalkz used Mesmers to glitch into Hills, and you can certainly say the guild name that was involved so something can be done about it.

We really dont like bad players who talk trash, its sad yet funny to us. You’re right in some ways Kalkz, we do talk about you a lot. Mostly just laughing at your infinite fails and infinite confidence, the combination is amazing.

This has to be the most boring match up continual in history. Anet needs to manually change who fights who or base it on wins/losses I’m tired of fighting tower huggers.

tower hugging is part and parcel of the game this is not SPVP towers / Keeps and camps are where the points are so hugging a tower is essential after all some of them do get lonely. Fighting in open field is fun and all but at the end of the day those towers and keeps are what gives you points using the guards for an advantage is something every server does including Ehmry there been many of times ive beaten guys and they know they cant do the same to me so they try to lure me to guards to get an advantage especially thieves they will use any advantage they can get (Not like they need 1 8k backstabs constant blinds stealth BAH!!)

Towers and keeps need love too!

I’m not trying to take your towers or keeps, I’m here for the loot. It’s true, sPvP isn’t WvW, but that doesn’t mean the mindset should be specifically about hiding in towers/keeps because of ones fear of being zerged or the structure being taken. This is one of the reasons why the skill gap between Ebay and BP is that significant, I will jump down and fight outnumbered, where as BP will sit and spam AC’s. Justifying “hiding” when you have more people is impossible.

All I can say is beating on 60+ man groups is a lot more enjoyable then playing paddy cake with small man in some remote corner of the map. And congratulations, you picked off someone who is running a support build trying to go stomp actual zergs with their guild. Nobody cares about your 1v1 small man prowess. But I’m sure every server will thank their solo roamers for the great WvWvW contributions. I love small man groups, and running in them. But the ones who post on here are, humorous. It’s almost like PAXA, except worse.

I respect premade zerg. They do what they like, and it’s all good. But don’t come here boasting about “wiping” random pug with dueling spec when you have a premade TS group with all support/synergy build.

With 2-3 guys, I kill dolyak, take camps, disturb zerg, sometime wipe them. We break siege, steal tower (when bored) and destroy reinforcement.

To each their job. Zerg take tower/garrison/keep, I take camp/dolyak/kills.

It is better when its 20v60, just like when you go 1v3 (the math works!). What my esteemed colleague is attempting to say is we pride ourselves on tbe big fights because that how we envisioned WuvWuv to be when we purchased the game. Didn’t look for open world PvP because just not the same (its fun, but just lacks that ‘epic’ feeling). Also on a side note, sarcasm is always fun.

His point is that this isn’t sPvP, it’s WvW. It’s designed for large encounters. Small groups and solo roamers serve a valuable purpose, but boasting about a 1337 1v1 build downing a support build that is structured to fight large groups, feed off of allies skills and counter multiple enemies is not something that anyone cares about here. It’s comparing apples to oranges, they are two different things and thus not directly related. It doesn’t prove one player’s skill over another, it only proves one person is building to fight single targets while the other is building to be a factor of amplification in a larger machine.

I understand the difference between builds. My point had no reference about builds. I read the tone of his message as looking down on roamers. The first sentence of what you quoted by him in fact came of as snarky and not sincere along with his previous comments about roamers frolicing and playing patty cake around the windmill. Seemed pretty clear to me he thinks more highly of the apples than the oranges. But whatever. I got some orange juice to make. You go an enjoy your apple pie.

Zerg is not an insult, I use it for big group. Replace every zerg with big group.

Do you have a night crew? If not I highly doubt you will beat t4 and up. As far as I know the only server to ever do that with na only and be successful is sor.

I know. That was why I was surprised with EZ’s post. However, beating T4 is very different than putting up a good fight…. which was the goal I stated.

IMO: There are too many theories out there about EBay’s performance in a “new T4”. There is only one way to find out, and something will need to change for us to see it in the near future.

Not really… it got a bit old a month ago. Happily, ANet has confirmed changes in the works to the glicko scoring system to hit live servers at some point this month that will promote more volatility. Then we’ll all get some fresh matchups going.

Interesting coordination earlier today between BP and EB in Eternal. While BP attacked Veloka, next door EB was hammering Overlook. Once BP took Vel, they hammered Overlook from the NE. Strategy to pound AR, or just coincidence that both of you were hitting Overlook at the same time? Just curios. Either way it was total mayhem and everyone had a whale of a time. We got wiped multiple times (we had a whopping 20 players on total), but finally clawed our way back into our towers and keep. Good times!

lol that’s probably what happened , but cant blame BP. BPians always want AR blood, its sick, i know. Aaaand it doesn’t seem like that AR group was coordinated since all you need to do is attack from behind or even use a trebuchet that is at hills to hit and destroy their siege(i think that one is pretty obvious to any experienced guild member) rather than just sending 4 ppl at a time into a choke point. >.>

This is wrong. The people I know that left the server (myself included) had been on anvil rock since account creation. You have lost dedicated wvw’ers that invested time and money into defence, yak escorting, trebing, upgrading etc… You know all those things roamers and normal puggeys don’t care about.

Call us traitors to the server, but never call us bandwagoners or fair weather players. The people you lost left because they care about wvw enough to leave their home to find a place that also cares enough not to think its fine to take back a borderland and leave it all paper to go zerging onto the next map for “Moar Wxp!!!!!!111one”.

I actually see a lot more people defend the home borderland and upgrade here on BP than I did on AR. Heartbreaking thing is AR has slowly been bleeding decent defenders, I remember months ago when the answer to “which borderland are we on?” was always “There is only one borderland!”, now you can pretty much take a 10 man to ARBL and own it in less than an hour because the only guy you are going to see defending it SOS’s ele commander Symiyan.

This has to be the most boring match up continual in history. Anet needs to manually change who fights who or base it on wins/losses I’m tired of fighting tower huggers.

tower hugging is part and parcel of the game this is not SPVP towers / Keeps and camps are where the points are so hugging a tower is essential after all some of them do get lonely. Fighting in open field is fun and all but at the end of the day those towers and keeps are what gives you points using the guards for an advantage is something every server does including Ehmry there been many of times ive beaten guys and they know they cant do the same to me so they try to lure me to guards to get an advantage especially thieves they will use any advantage they can get (Not like they need 1 8k backstabs constant blinds stealth BAH!!)

Towers and keeps need love too!

I’m not trying to take your towers or keeps, I’m here for the loot. It’s true, sPvP isn’t WvW, but that doesn’t mean the mindset should be specifically about hiding in towers/keeps because of ones fear of being zerged or the structure being taken. This is one of the reasons why the skill gap between Ebay and BP is that significant, I will jump down and fight outnumbered, where as BP will sit and spam AC’s. Justifying “hiding” when you have more people is impossible.

ahh but do you play 1 of those OP classes you know the ones i mean too, cause if its say a warrior sat in the tower and your say a mes or thief chances are unless its avery good warrior he will just sit there regardless. ive noticed how the fields are flooded lately with either mesers thief or ele’s those classes make up 75% of most forces now

It’s not that we aren’t willing to defend, and after a day sitting on hills in our BL(Yes I moved from Eternal, the BL’s seem to be a better area to roam) I would disagree. I think it was more your time slot than it was the server.

Fox, I’ve already stated it wasn’t GH. And I didn’t confuse anything. There were not two Mesmers. There was no pre-stacking. The group that was on my behind as I barely made it inside the tower ran to the back wall with the single Mesmer and he ported them in.

The guild in question apparently didn’t learn anything from the last run-in they had with ArenaNet.

You did say it wasn’t my guild, but you’re still accusing my server of cheating. Glitching into towers isn’t as easy as you seem to think it is, and it’s not something you can do in 15 seconds. Combine that with the fact that the last time somebody accused one of our guilds of foul play (botting) was because they didn’t know what /dance * did, and you can see why I think you’re wrong.

And you’re allowed to name names you know. I had no problem doing it when Kalkz used Mesmers to glitch into Hills, and you can certainly say the guild name that was involved so something can be done about it.

AR was getting mauled last night. I got into EB and my son asked, “Where’s red?” I replied, “What do you mean?” I looked at the map and…ouch. We had our waypoint and that was it. Man, what a long few hours that was trying to get anything back.
We’d fight a large Ebay group then turn around and BP was on our rearguard. It felt like those cartoon characters that get run over by a group of people again and again and again.

Funniest part of the night was a 20 or so BP group chasing us down but didn’t realize they were in Legendary Defender range. Half that group dropped like flies on moments. The rest figured out what they had done and retreated pretty quickly.

Then ehmry will move blue and keep getting crushed by tier 3 losers over and over just like BP and AR now, then Ehmry will reach a point to become tier 4 loser and drop to tier 5 again, JUST like BP and AR now, one of us might drop

At the end BP and Ebay will be meeting again in tier 5, no offence to my server, AR, or Ebay.
Its a game, today youre crushing, trash talking about how bad BP and AR is, tomorrow you will get crushed, and other servers will be explaining how ehmry is bad, same thing goes with every tier and server in this game

I always find the ridiculously inflated egos that can be found on a forum enjoyable, partially why I enjoy trolling Kalkz so much, but in this instance I agree with Kalkz(relax it won’t happen often). That’s the way it’s been through every tier, with every server AR has faced.

Ok, since you’re using FACTS we’ll believe you. Even though everytime you say any thing it’s beyond logic and every threat you make falls hilariously short of reality. Please keep teaching us o wise master of all tiers.
BTW most of us have stopped dumping on BP for being bad because they are getting better and im finally finding some fun again, you on the other hand are still bad and may even be getting worse.
