Account restored.. Sort of..
I had the same problem.
i got email saying that my account had been restored at 3:00 pm and i tried to log in, got the same error msg. i updated my ticket saying i had those problem. and i tried to log in like ever 15 min. now is 7:55 i got logged in. They didn’t send me any updated e-mail that it will work now, but i got on.

Thanks Gaile. I addressed this in the same ticket that was supposed to “restore” my account from being falsely banned. I provided the Product key I used to register the game that I purchased digitally from Gamestop to gain access to the Betas and the full game.
It took 6 or so hours, but I can finally play again, and nothing is lost. If you have a similar problem, just remember to be thorough when filling out a ticket, and be patient and let them do their job. Thank you very much Gaile and the rest of the support team.
yep, the support team was extremely helpfull to me today, and my account is funnally back up and running, great work guys!
