Account suspended with no warning???
Your name — which was pretty rude — was censored, so you will need to rename the character. It does not appear that you were suspended. Please try to access the game — you should be able to do so.

I also got banned without a warning. At least you know the reason why you got banned. In my case I’m still waiting for the Support to tell me a reason

It’s my understanding that when people get suspended (you were not banned!) they receive an in-game message that usually tells them why. (They also normally get a message when there account is terminated, which is the true meaning of the word “ban.”)
In your case, Lonny, you were suspended for spamming. You should have seen a message explaining that when you were booted from the game due to the suspension, or when you tried to log in. I am following up on that to make sure we’re giving info in the case of most suspensions and terminations. However, a lot of times people post in the forums having seen the message but claiming that they don’t understand why they were “banned.” (Meaning suspended.) I think what they’re doing is protesting the suspension, but that most of the time they are getting in-game messaging that tells them the reason for the suspension.
Your account has been reinstated, and you’re free to play the game now. However, I would ask anyone who is tempted to post a “I don’t know why I was banned or suspended” thread to look at the in-game message before posting. If you do not receive any details in the game, then you have a legitimate question that should be addressed to Support via a ticket. If you do see the details and wish to argue about them, then you need should submit a ticket. In either case — knowing and not agreeing with the decision, or truly not knowing — the best way to get the answer is by contacting Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you.
Thanks for understanding.

You Guild Wars 2 account suspended for abusing an in-game exploit in violation of the user agreement and rules of conduct , Access will be restored in approximately 335 hours[s]
Can anyone tell me what this means?I suddenly interrupt the game, I return to the game when this said.
From wiki:
An exploit (from the verb to exploit, in the meaning of using something to one’s own advantage) is a piece of software, a chunk of data, or sequence of commands that takes advantage of a bug, glitch or vulnerability in order to cause unintended or unanticipated behaviour to occur on computer software.
In the case of a computer game we can shorten it to: You used a chain of commands that takes advantage of a bug, glitch or vulnerability in order to cause unintended behaviour.

This means shortly you did something in the game you weren’t supposed to do and you are banned for it. Due to a few other reports here I suspect that Anet recently found out bout an exploit and has been suspending people who used that in the past.

Or it means that you played to long, and you need some vacation. You have now 335 hours do to some social stuff again with your family

From Gaile last post it looks like his vacation may be a bit longger
There is something wrong with the warning system. I didn’t get any message. It took support almost the full 72 hours to say “oops.. our bad” and reinstate the account.
I PM’ed a complaint to Gaile but have not had a response. Sensing a pattern.
pve, raid, pvp, fractal, dungeon, world clearing, legendary questing.. Zapped!

GW2 is a full game that is free of subscriptions. This means the support model is somewhat different and cheaper then some other games with monthly fee. This also means that you don’t loose money if you can’t play. Oops, means sorry, so you are stating clearly that they have expressed that they are sorry. I don’t see the loss. I like playing GW2 and im happy to never have been suspended rightfully or wrongfully. But im not addicted to this game. When i do get suspended (not planning on it) I finally have time to watch some movies and other stuff.
Game addicting is a serious business, so if you cant go without 3 days off play, no matter how unjustified the reason is, I fear you need help.
The main difference is, Arenanet doesn’t want you to be addicted either. They dont even want your monthly fees. wich approach do you prefer??

He asked if his suspension could be lifted… A-net did just that and gave him a perma ban instead :P See, they do listen to users and go even further. Love this one hahaha.

I just want to state after getting off a recent perma ban/suspension. I never received notice of my suspension ingame before or after the ban was lifted. Also i just like to state that for some reason i was perma banned for 24hrs before changed to a suspension then 24 hrs later lifted (this ban/suspension was for 2 or 3 swear words btw).
edit: if you see this gale can you please explain to me why that happened?

PMing me is not the thing to do. And multiple times? Really?? You may submit tickets; you may look for my posts on the forums. I will not provide/support a third means for communication through PMs. I do not — no one has — the bandwidth to deal with that additional communication, particularly when it is — as are yours — non-productive and invalid complaints.
To all:
How do you know you’re suspended? You cannot enter the game. And how do you know that? You get a message when you try to log in. No one gets a blank screen. You’ll get a message of some kind, and that message is probably more informative than you’re noticing.
If you want to discuss the situation, contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page.
