I would never have known it was your real name, had you not announced it. This is something you can discuss with CS only. You can put your ticket number in the Sticky above for review, though.

Well maybe but I dont want to risk people knowing my real you know… Also I’ve already talked to the support and they declined it but here is the ticket number if another good support want to review it!

I just want to change my freaking real name from my display name! Uhh!
Your only other option is to make another account.
Like I said, no one knows it is your real name, unless you keep announcing it is so. I’m sure there are thousands of ‘kostas’ in the world, and probably more than 1 in the 3 million+ game accounts in Guild Wars.
Either way, updating your ticket, waiting to post for review, making a new account, or accepting your Display Name are your options.

Thanks a lot dude, although I’ll wait for the review option, I think I’ll have to accept my display name as it is and stop saying it was my real name!

You are not required to provide all the information but may leave fields blank when you cannot accurately complete them. The team should be able to help you.
As she stated, it needs to be your full name for them to change it. Since it isn’t, that is why they won’t change it. Having just a first name doesn’t qualify for their change as it doesn’t cause a potential security risk.

We get a lot of such requests, and we have a very specific requirements for fulfilling the requests.
