Just bought 20.00 in black lion gems through my paypal. Money has been taken from checking account and e-mail from paypal saying such but no gems. I logged out and in again but no gems. Is there a bug???? I got all the usual steps from in game, through paypal to GW2 site but it ends there.

There was a recent similar thread. It turned out the transaction didn’t actually go through. The bank put a hold on the money so it looked like it went through, but it really didn’t.

“I do understand, but as the agent explained the purchases were never charged to your card. _ Your financial institution/bank/credit card company did place a “hold” on the funds pending completion of the transaction, but _you were not charged for any purchase attempt”.

Maybe something similar happened.

Your can maybe call the bank and see if it actually went through. And you can make a ticket to discuss it with support. Top of page then top right of page-submit a request.

No, in a situation like this they want you to contact support. Top of page-support, then top of page-submit a request. Make a ticket and tell them what happened.

To submit a ticket about an in-game item:

• “Support” on main page (at the top of this very page)
• “Submit a request”
• “In-Game Issue”
• Please use a descriptive subject line like “Didn’t receive purchased gems”
• In the “Issue”field, please provide an explanation of your situation and your expectations.
• Immediately below “Issue” choose the “No Selection” field and then use the drop-down to choose “In-Game Item” and “Purchase Issue” to complete the routing of the ticket.
