Hello, my main account “thrackit.2158” is having a problem receiving emails to the email that is attached to it. It doesn’t receive emails for verifying logins so I cannot log onto it, it also doesn’t receive emails for password changes. please help me so I can play the game. I already sent in a ticket but its been 6 hours and still no reply…

If you did not receive the almost-immediate automatic response ‘Thank you for contacting us…’, you might consider using a different email provider for contact with CS.
If you did receive the automatic response, you need only wait for your ticket to move to the front of the queue. If you have no other response after 72 hours, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review, 3 Days and Older’.

Well, to ask Inculpatus Cedo’s big question again :
Did you recieve the automatic “We got your request for support” email? This is important because if you’re not getting this, you are not going to get ANY support emails.
And they will not do this kind of support via the forums.
If not, you need to get a new/another email account and try again. (If you got a ticket number and wrote it down from the website form, mention it to link the requests).
If you did, realize it can take up to three days to get a response based on things like checking what they can on their end first and how many people need help that are before you in the queue. Also, do not submit multiple requests if you are getting the auto-response email because that will jsut slow it down for you and everyone else.

Its really starting to kitten me off tbh because i have waited almost a day and a half now without being able to login. To top it off i sent in a ticket like nearly a day and a half ago as well and no response (other than automated response) I sink so much money into this game thru gems and this is the service i get. Its highly frustrating.
Fortunately, you get the same service as someone that doesn’t ‘sink money’ into the game. I’m sure you would want support to be administered fairly to everyone, yes?
I wasn’t going at it like that at all, I am just saying It would be nice to get some decent service from a game I put money in frequently.

Right now there is a high influx of tickets because people are coming back for the newest WvW season, and need help with their hacked accounts they didn’t know about. Also, the commander tag refund issue caused higher then normal tickets to be submitted. Finally, there are people who love to just keep submitting tickets for the same reason which also slows down support. All of these cause there to be a delay in a response. Your ticket is answered based on the order it was received.
