I logged back to the game after a long time of being in-active. i wanted to play with my friends but ive been moved out of the server we used to play on ( Fort aspenwood) it moved me to a european server (whiteside ridge).

is there anyway i can be sent back? i never asked to be moved…

and i dont think i should pay for a server change or have to delete all my characters to fix something i didnt do/want

You will need to contact CS, and discuss the issue with them. Your account may have been compromised, so be sure to secure it.

If i was hacked would’nt they have taken my gold/items ? i still have everything.

Thing is i did contact CS its just day 3 and no replies, was wondering if this was happening to alot of other people.

one of my friends had his Home server changed and CS fixed it for him.
maybe im just unlucky >.>

You can post your ticket number in the Sticky ‘Tickets 3 Days and Older’ for review, if it has been more than 72 hours since the last contact. Good luck.

Thing is i did contact CS its just day 3 and no replies, was wondering if this was happening to alot of other people.

It’s Easter weekend. Your ticket is only 1 business day old.

edit: also please keep in mind that you may be waiting behind a massive queue of tickets that flooded CS about the broken daily reset which is affecting a good chunk of the players.

edit2: check your email periodically, I’ve got an email from 2 days after I submitted the ticket that they’re still working through the queue.

My account was compromised and I didn’t realize it for over a week (was taking a break from the game). For some odd reason NOTHING was taken and so far (three months ago / fingers crossed) I haven’t been banned for gold selling.

Support confirmed someone logged into the account from the Orient for less than 30 seconds only (hacked my horribly insecure email account and changed my GW2 account password). Guess my stuff sucks….(I had a bit over a 100 gold in a personal guild bank but nothing else worth very much).

If you did not get a nearly immediate auto response (that the ticket was submitted), then your email is somehow blocking the support contact attempts (in junk mail, possible email provider block, potential email account compromised and hacker is deleting responses).

If you did not get a nearly immediate auto response (that the ticket was submitted), then your email is somehow blocking the support contact attempts (in junk mail, possible email provider block, potential email account compromised and hacker is deleting responses).
