Anyway, I bought 4 mining picks in total, but now I would only like 2, 2 have remained in my bank, unused but now that they are account bound I figured I don’t need 4.
I heard rumours of a refund option if people send of a support ticket? can anyone confirm this?

Lol. Nothing you did, the search function doesn’t work on the forums. You have to manually search for relevant threads. But, if it’s a ‘hot topic’, you will usually find something within the first 2 or 3 pages. =)
