Hey,

First time i installed this game and security seems to be overstated a little bit.. cant log in, i get error which says that it might be caused by router, firewall and so on.. i bet u know this
Tried to look here, but couldn’t find anything explained specifically about this issue and registered for Battle.net to get that authentication code and so on, linked my acc for security and still getting error. It is so frustrating… i am using win 7 64 bit if it makes any difference.

yes, but unfortunately there is no mentioned how to solve this problem :/ it is just so annoying, paid for the game and it is second day cannot play

Thank god ended the dungeon and then BOOM – crash and can’t log-in anymore…

I just finished clearing up the Arah champ so we can access the dungeon, left the party then got disconnected. Now I am facing the same issue, cannot login.

had simular after patch last night, was in WvW kicked to LA and nothing. But this time cant even log into log-in server

I was disconnected and cannot reconnect – about 5 mins ago Desolation server

Yep same here was in WvW went through portal to LA then BANG error :’(

same, kicked from game, can’t log in.

Same error 42:6:3:2158. Restarted client 4 times, no change.

same happened last night, took about 30 minutes before they fixed it. lets hope

i got the kicked out as well, about to start AC dungeon then a member got DC, so we decided to recruit another member, then when i zone out i got DC as well now =.=

I have the same issue with game, it seems the login server is down, any updates from support?

NO worries, it’s working again.

Got kicked out of the game while porting. Now I can’t login

really fix these login issues, there so kittening (sry for bad langauge) irritating, i like bugs they happen but basic stuff like login trouble? servers going down?
And than i get a notice like its telling it my problem ( firewall, security?? i dont hae firewall (removed it before installing windows out of the windows system, security same thing removed from the windows intstallation before installing it, router? nah i’m still on mumble, wiki, gmail but not on guildwars……

And than devs are replaying here ask support ticket? while in under 20 min so many peope can’t reconnect, at least admit you’re server is down, or you got a bug to work out…

fix for me at least: copy backup file from before last update back (if you have one) download last update again (that is working at least) and there i go able to login again…. (so not its not my firewall or security i don’t have and my router is fine…
