My situation was:
- Using OSX Mavericks
- successful login on the website
- Never logged in succesfully in the game
- Always got error 11:1001:2:1270 (right bottom corner)

I used a password manager and copy/pasted the password. The copy/paste does not work, I got way too many asterixes * in the password box.
Then I decided to type my very long password by hand ==> Success!

I must say that is one heck of a username you have.

Yes, I was thinking the same. And if that were every needed, (say, for an account dispute) well… I suggest a handy notepad file to contain that Account Name.

Hope so, have been keeping your support staff quite busy. I severely suspect the “remember password” functionality. It seems the “remembered password” is somehow concatenated before/after the value pasted via the clipboard. Best to rewrite that part from scratch…

I hope your character names are not similar people might think you are a bot.

I have always typed mine in from scratch since the bug began. Support offered one more suggestion — unticking both “remember password” and “remember username” and I will have to try that on Monday when I can use my computer again. Crossing my fingers it works.
