Thing is that 9 days ago my account was hacked it happened during night my time atleast when i find out about it i send ticket to support immediately and i get help really fast in about 2 hrs so i was be able to change all my logs and passwords so i was sure they hack wont happened again well ofc i lost all my items and gold that i hade maybe about 100gold so not that much since im doing spvp mostly ,but alteast i was able to play gw for about 2 days then i got banned for sellign gold or items for real money, ofc that it happened only during hack so clearly it wasnt me and im more then sure that you can check ip list so you will know that i couldnt move from poland to probably china in few hrs and log there on my account. Posting on behalf of my friend Gurumurph.2584, It’s been four days now, and our little group, especially Guru, is getting really fed up. He last heard from Customer Support on New Years Eve. He did what they asked, They elevated his ticket…. And then he hasn’t heard anything since. He’s been banned since the 30th. Hello. I am writing again to bring up an issue pertaining to a previous banning of a close friend. She was unbanned recently after having received a wrongful ban under suspicion of selling gold for real currency; which was lifted after having proven she was not infact selling gold at all.

Since her unbanning, she cannot log into the game at all—and cannot log into the forums as a consequence so I am posting on her behalf. It states that her account requires an active Serial Code, she remembers it correctly and whenever she attempts to enter the same Serial Code it displays an issue as detailed in the image below. Please help her out, she has been very patient!

Alright, Update on Guru’s case, We went back through his credit card purchases and found that for whatever reason, his GW2 Purchase was still pending. It did charge his Card however.

I have world comp on my toon. I got the tittle and the achevement but never got the rewards. For over a week and a half now i have ben posteing tickets every 2 days looking for help. The scroll is all i need to make my legandary wep. Im getting to the point that i am ready to delete the game after 1200 hours of game play. This is a great game but it seams that the custermer support wont help u enles u get right in there face screaming. Out of all the mmos i have played this support is by far the worst!!! I even hade to go to Anets Face Book to get anyone to do anything to help. Hope this will at least open someones eyes to the problems ppl have with the support in this game and maby fix it. Oo and my things for world comp would b nice 2. also cant post a ticket number. gw2 has yet to ever get back to me on any ticket i have submitted ever

They tell me in the ticket that they cannot restore my gold that was mailed out by Chineese hackers. I also requested that they remove this foreign IP address from my authorized Addresses. I am posting this because my primary Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended\Permanent. Liquidmetal.6825. Now this was total BS I have purchased 4 copies of this game for for my friends who are less fortunate than I am and I also purchased over 500 dollars worth of gems. Now I took those gems and turned them to gold and gave them (My Friends) each money and I also bought items from AH and sent that to them as well. Now I have been happily playing till the Halloween event then took a break. I come back in yesterday and I decided I wanted to switch servers to join a group of people in their guild and no issues and then go to start playing in a dungeon and bam I get disconnected, with the above message. Your Guild Wars 2 Account has Been Suspended for an account issue. This action is permanent. (1 am I suspended and when do i get access back or since this is permanent does that mean I will never get access again? Nothing is clear with them…. Either way I didn’t do anything wrong………..)

I am sitting back in my chair and asking myself what the heck just happened. I didn’t do a dang thing wrong but be nice to my friends and give them gifts and help them out. Now with the gems I feel as though I should be allowed to do with them as I see fit. If I want to buy GW2 items fine if I want to switch it over to all play money I should be able to and furthermore if i see fit to give my money away to anyone in the game I should not be banned for it. I am wealthy enough in real life that I can do these things for others.

I have created a ticket on this already 130103-002926 and I would have posted here but I couldn’t because they banned my account. Now the measures I am willing to take are very far because this was wrongfully done to me and I am sure others. I hope this message gets to the right people and they see how wrong they really are treating some honest players. I will even go as far as posting the purchases I have made with this company to prove I have been an honest player and dedicated fan and this is how they repay me. I want my account restored and I want an apology from them.

the first key that I bought on ebay regularly has been blocked for fraudulent purchase by the seller.
as has already happened to my friend, I solved the problem by following the instructions that had been recommended to you:

I bought a valid key from a secure site confirmed from you, and I added the new key to my locked account.

But I still can not access.
(My friend had been returned to your account in few hours.)

I would possibly you you unlocked my account as soon as possible, or at least inform me on what are the problems that are slowing down the solution to this problem.

I had something similar happen last month,with my card being rejected. Assuming I had messed up, I tried it again, typing the number very, very S-L-O-W-L-Y to make sure it was perfect, and got the same error. Well, I thought I’d give it one more try before calling my card company, and that’s when I noticed something I hadn’t before. Just above the spot where you enter the card number, there are greyed out credit card symbols (don’t know if it’s my screen or my eyes but I just didn’t see them before). Click on one and it stays highlighted. I chose the symbol that matched my card type, and then entered all the information again. This time it worked!

/sigh

Anyway, it occurs to me that maybe I’m not the only one who missed those card symbols. I hope this helps someone get out of the support queue.
