This is the 3rd update for my ticket # 540907 and 558049 its been more than 2 weeks and the only answer i get is " UNDER REVIEW " with all due respect I have been patient but this is really getting annoying and i hope i get a better response this time. Ive been spending my time and money for this game i hope we get a better support and assistance not just a simple reply as under review for 2 weeks.

The mobile authenticator was removed, but my account still has not been restored. Today is Wednesday, I filed on Friday (5 days ago).

Its about missing reward for guild missions. I just want to know if its any point doing guild missions, do I get it later or do I have to wait with guild missions until someone fix it?
I had the chat bug, missed several dailies/laurels/asc crafting and missed several daliy world boss chests cause some reset bug, and now this guild mission thing.
It may not be a big deal for anybody else, but it is starting to be annoying to me.
Just a yes/no if theres a point in doing guild mission tomorrow, if its possible.

I forgot my GW2 client alt-tabbed on my pc and, while away, I’ve been victim of a prank involving the deletion of my 5 (five) level 80 characters, with several pieces of ascended crafted items. My account wasn’t compromised by an “external”, just a “friend” thought it was funny to take advantage of my game logged in, while I forgot about it, to do something “funny” and delete all my chars.
Response: “I was unable to determine that the account was accessed by an unauthorized individual. As a result, we will be unable to offer any restorations for this incident. In the future, I suggest that you not share your account information with friends or family”

You are responsible for securing your own computer. Anet will not restore items or characters lost to “evil little brother syndrome” – when someone is allowed to access your own computer and does something nasty to your stuff.
The response you got was correct, the account was not accessed by someone in a different location (“hacked”) so they cannot do what you ask.
Everyone who plays GW2 is a paying customer, CS doesn’t care how much you spent on gems. They have rules to follow, as do the players. In the future, make sure you are logged out before leaving the computer unattended.
Also, get better friends. Everyone I’ve ever hung out with knows you don’t go touching other people’s computers without their permission. It’s not funny, and if I ever did hang out with someone who would do that, it wasn’t for very long.

Ticket number 562681. Submitted 9 days ago, received no reply aside from 2 automated replies apologising for taking long, but that was several days ago as well.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could at least provide an update on the status of my issue.
