Just to check because it’s a common problem, are you using the same login as the forum, email and password. Many try to login with the display name, (hirei in your case).

I came back after not playing for a while. I had logged in just fine a month ago, but due to a hardware repair, decided to fully restore my laptop.
I reset my password, as still couldn’t login into the game client. I can log in on the website for my account just fine.
I did the account recovery with my original serial, main character, address, and last 4 of my payment method. I was sent another password reset. Now I still can’t log in game, and can still log in on my website account page. I haven’t received a reply back from support yet. What is the SLA / turnaround timeframe?
What can be done to make these recovery options work?!

I’ve had this same problem – multiple times, actually. I’ve reset my password at least 5 times in the past few months because of it. Each time I reset it, it worked for a while, but one day I would try to log in and I get the “invalid password/account name” error.
I just reset my password again today, but now it’s not working at all on the game. All I can do is log into the website. I’ll give it a few days, but this has been a really exhausting problem!
I am also having the same issue! I have reset my password and can not log into the game client. Obviously I can log in here, but not into the game. I came back after 4 months of no play… Unfortunately, this is disappointing.

I did a request… nothing back yet…
BUT I reset my pass one more time and waited about 5 mins…. Im in!!! There has got to be a glitch somewhere… (a very frustrating glitch!)

I am having the excact same issue.
Thanks for the updates, guys. I’m asking a team member to take a look at this thread. He may need additional info, but for now, I think he can investigate using your Display Names.
