I have Guild Wars, but it seems so empty and cold without my good friend. Son of a kitten. I can’t kitten believe how kitten crazy this kitten is. I just want to play the kitten game with my friend, who for some kitten reason, can’t get in. This kitten needs to be fixed so we can all finally play GW2 as the bad-kitten group we planned on being. Please…unkitten this situation quick so we can go back to kitten stuff up in Tyria.

Yep, I’ve been banned since the 2nd or 3rd so far… 5 days at least

I don’t feel your pain completely, but I feel it. I’m able to play, but the copy that I bought for a friend (while still under my control, mind you) still isn’t available. No idea if it was hijacked or part of a launch week error, as the registration was giving horrible errors after entering the information.

Hope to see you with us soon. Along with my extra $60 justified.

Yeah at first I (loyheta.7294) just had my key applied to the wrong account…. now I have the wrong account hacked…. so two tickets one at 7 days the other at 1 day. I am going crazy not being able to play.

multiple tickets take longer than just a single ticket. this is possibly your problem. read post on multiple tickets it tells you what to do to resolve this

Sorry, I had the wrong ticket number in my sig, one is from the 5th and the other is from the 1st. Thank you for pointing that out, I didnt realize the date was in the ticket number

i miss it!! the night i got 80 and was finally able to go farm and do everything i wanted with my friends i was hacked and the email changed ever since ive been on my buddys account on these forums so i can check and see what everyone else has goin on.

Yeah I am waiting on a reply about a hack and a serial key error one I have been waiting a week… the other (the hack) from yesterday. I really wish that Arena Net just told us what site was hacked so we could have made changes to our accounts if need be. I have only used my email for WoW and GW1… when I got hacked I thought ANet was lying because I couldn’t imagine battle net getting hacked. If they said BNet got hacked I would have changed my PW immediately.

yeah another weekend without getting into the wonderful world of guild wars 2… maybe tomorrow something significant will happen… and FYI if I dont say anything for a whole day before I state my issue is resolved then know that I was banned, I didnt give up…

going down swinging eh? I have seen many people say they were doing charge backs and then complaining to the BBB…. oddly enough I don’t see any recent complaints on their BBB page. They are not accredited (if they were they would have to resolve all consumer complaints)

I miss the game. Too bad I only got 2 days in before I was banned for THREE for a bad joke….

Just got my account back, was banned for 2 weeks instead of just 3 days like it was supposed to be. Took about 10 days for a response which is really frustrating but I’m glad they got it back 4 days early at least…

No monthly fees is the reason I’m not completely slamming A-Net for the slow service, you have so much more time to play this game and they will only improve it for us. It’s such a huge launch. Thanks.

I am not able to access my account, and I am extremelykitten off that you are prioritizing issues, If their account is hacked put in a way for them to disable their account from the support page and their ticket gets worked in the order it was received.
I have been waiting 9 days, and I am nowkitten off that I have not seen anyone report their serial key issue has been resolved.
kitten off, verykitten off… this is outside my character but I am strongly considering reporting to the BBB if you do not stop cherry picking which issues you are going to work.

GW2? oh that would be that expensive box I got with the pictures, the cut down soundtrack and the statue thing right? So I was meant to get a game with that too?
