i already opened a ticket for this, but couldn’t solve anything:

2) I’m randomly not getting chests from world bosses, and that’s quite disappointing about the loots i lose everyday

My mail hint has been stuck at no achievement since release. I didn’t even know there was a laurel hint, so I must not have it, either, lol. I think the dev response (for hints, in general) was they would get to it whenever higher priority issues have been resolved.

As for not getting loot from a chest, are you sure it isn’t automatically going into inventory? Regardless, that would be an issue for the Game Bug sub-form, rather than an Account Issue.

About not getting chests from world bosses, I know of one situation where that happens. If you have a character parked at a boss site and use it to do the event repeatedly you will hit DR (diminishing returns) and stop getting the chests.

1) This is a known bug so please report your having this issue in the bug section. Please do not start a new thread there, but report it in the existing post about this: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/bugs/Hints-Achievement-bug-1/
Mine is stuck as well and that of many many other players.

2) This is reported as a bug as well, but might also be a DR mechanic. You won’t gewt loot for these chests if you are ‘farming’ them. This msot often happens when you do the event, then log off, and log in the other day and do the event again, without doing other things with this character.
