I recently completed 100% World Exploration but i did not receive 2 Gifts of Exploration.
I received the title “Been there. Done that”.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Its been bugged for me for about a week now.. no reward… NOTHING.

Ive been superkitten because in the last 2 patch notes there has been 2 fixes to this, and clearly… by fixes they meant the opposite.

• Fixed visible map completion percentage errors and the achievement not completing.

No reward. no achievement. no fix

Same here. I just finished the Bayt Fallahin skill point for the Malchor’s Leap Map Completion. That gave me 100% map completion. I received the title “Been there. Done that.”

But no Gifts of Exploration.

Did you guys get a badge appear above your mini-map like the map completion chests? you have to click that to receive your Gifts of exploration.

Same here. Nothing appeared yet i received the title.

Nope. For me, the only chest that appeared was Malchor’s Leap map completion chest. There was no badge to click.

Same, just completed. Got zilch. Just a title.

Did you try entering the Chantry of Secrets? (Bloodtide Coast, south of the entry point from Lions Arch)
I had to enter here to get the achievement and Gifts of Exploration.

/edit: Yes, i had to go there even as a Member of the Order of Whispers, so i already had that POI!

I was a bit skeptical that this would work but I went in and got it, thanks!

I guess the title rounded up to 100%, but the reward wasn’t given until the last POI was found?

For me I already had all the POI (I joined the order of shadows so got the Chantry of Secrets POI a long time ago) but I still had to go back to the Chantry at which point it awarded me an empty chest, and gave me the gifts of exploration. Until this latest patch I’d been stuck at 97% on the achievement despite having 100% completion (even had all region explores complete and all puzzle achievements just to make sure lol).

I am currently in this situation. 100% complete got the title, no reward though of the Gifts of Exploration. I even went to Chantry of Secrets, Any ideas?

I have the same issue. Just completed Fields of Ruin as the last map and just got the title. No gifts nor a star next to my name.

Nevermind. Even though I had 100% I still had to go into Chantry of Secrets to end it. I got the rewards now.

I had the same problem, finished 100% got nothing. I tried the chantry and it worked for me though. Its kinda of silly though i had this PoI already (i joined order of secret as well), so i don’t know why i had to re-enter.

Honestly this needs to be stickied or something so that people know they need to re-enter the chantry.

I re-entered it and nothing happened =(

Do you have to complete the “Explorer” achievements to get 100% world explorer?

I got 100% poi/wp/heart/vistas and did not get credit. Got the title too.

Same here. Got the title, no gifts.

Got same problem, 100% and got the title “Been there, done that.”.

Sadly, when I entered the chantry of secrets I only got an empty chest “Chantry of Secrets Map Completion” but neither the star nor the 2 legendary gifts.

I opened up the entire map at WvWvW (100% World complete) , but I did not get an award

Anyone get the star after the fix? I’m assuming the gifts might take a while and that we have to send in a support ticket?

Completed 100% map completion tonight. Finished the map in Divinities reach to finish it. Have been to the Chantry of Secrets, and did NOT recieve the gifts of exploration. Did recieve the achievment and the title “Been There, Done That”. Did NOT recieve the gold star beside your name to illustrate map completion. kitten bug… slowing me down on getting my legendary.

Same just happened to me, I finished the completion a few minutes ago and done with everything on the map, zoned in and out of chantry of secrets multiple times, and still no gift of exploration or star. PLEASE fix this urgently.

Never mind, just received it. I was in an instance area when I finished the last POI on rata, and didn’t receive the chest for that, so went back to the main area and got the the chest automatically. Basically, make sure you’ve gotten the chests for completion for every map individually, and then you’ll automatically get the one for world completion.

Just completed the the world completion but I didn’t get any award or star QQ
Please fix this issue asap

Whisle had it right… I reached 100% and only got the Been there, done that title. I did not get my rewards. I traveled to the chantry and bingo, up pops my goodies. Thanks whisle.

If you enter the Chantry of Secrets and that isn’t what solves it, send in a support ticket to ArenaNet. I’m sure they can offer assistance or at least advice there.

But ya, even if you have been to the Chantry before, go to it one more time and see if it works out.

But this bugs should be fixed.

Has anyone gotten this resolved? I went repeatedly and received nothing. I submitted a bug report.

Just thought I would add that on Feb 18, 2013, this bug is still alive and well. I just finished world exploration, got the title, got no rewards or recognition screen. And I also do not have the star icon showing on my character.

REVISIT ALL MAPS, including:

• Chantry of Secrets
• 4 WvW
• Major Cities
• Explo Areas

Receive gifts,
And stop QQing.

I have gained the title of been there done that and have the star showing it is done. I have gone into the chanty of secrets many times both walking and through portal and none of it has worked to give me my gifts of explorations.
I even took a screen shot as suggested.
Any suggestions?

Just had the exact same issue as Roach. Got the 2 new PoI’s during the Invasion but did not receive my reward for 100% completion. And yes these 2 PoI’s were the only missing ones for 100%.
