We get to Icebrood killed: 12/13 and the only ice corrupters spawn, but no real brood. The count never increases to 13 so the Veteran Corrupted Ice Elemental never spawns and the event never finishes.
Similar situation, except in my case it says 9/10.
This quest is again bugged. It shows 9/10 Icebrood slain and shows that we should be fighting a Veteran Corrupted Ice Elemental. There is no Veteran Corrupted Ice Elemental at the location.
Same thing happening to me but I get 8/10. Also, the escorting the dolyak to snowdrift haven is stuffed for me too.
